Configuració i instal·lació
Installation with Simplifix ISOFIX Base (Sold Separately)
- Position the Simplifix ISOFIX base on the vehicle seat.
- Extend the ISOFIX connectors from the base and attach them to your vehicle's ISOFIX anchor points. Ensure the indicators turn green.
- Adjust the support leg of the base until it firmly touches the vehicle floor. The indicator should turn green.
- Place the Simplicity Plus car seat onto the installed ISOFIX base. Push down firmly until you hear a click and the indicator on the base turns green, confirming secure attachment.
- Gently pull up on the car seat to ensure it is securely locked into the base.

Installation with Vehicle Seat Belt
- Place the Simplicity Plus car seat rear-facing on the vehicle seat.
- Route the lap portion of the vehicle's 3-point seat belt through the blue belt guides located on either side of the car seat.

- Pull the shoulder portion of the seat belt firmly to remove any slack. Route the shoulder belt through the blue belt guide at the back of the car seat.
- Press the car seat firmly into the vehicle seat while tightening the seat belt to ensure a secure fit.
- Check for movement: The car seat should not move more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) from side to side or front to back at the belt path.

- Bring the two harness buckles together and insert them into the main buckle until you hear a click.
- Pull the harness adjustment strap at the front of the seat to tighten the harness until it is snug against your child's body. You should not be able to pinch any slack at the shoulder.
- Adjust the shoulder straps so they are at or just below your child's shoulders when rear-facing.
- The removable head hugger should be used for newborns and smaller infants to provide additional head support and prevent head flop.
Adjusting the Carry Handle
The carry handle has multiple positions for carrying, vehicle installation, and storage. Press the buttons on either side of the handle simultaneously to adjust its position.
- Carry Position: Handle upright.
- Vehicle Position: Handle rotated back towards the child's feet (often used as an anti-rebound bar).
- Storage/Stroller Position: Handle fully rotated back or forward for compact storage or when attaching to a stroller.

Using with a Travel System

Manteniment i cura
- Cleaning Fabric Covers: The fabric covers can be removed and hand washed with mild soap and cold water. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Allow to air dry completely.
- Cleaning Harness and Buckle: Wipe the harness straps and buckle with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the buckle in water.
