- To increase tilt tension (more resistance): Turn the large knob located underneath the seat, towards the front, clockwise.
- To decrease tilt tension (less resistance): Turn the large knob located underneath the seat, towards the front, counter-clockwise.

3. Suport lumbar
The chair features built-in lumbar support designed to provide comfort and relief to your lower back. This support is integrated into the chair's design and is not manually adjustable by the user.
