5. Configuració

5.1 Connexió d'alimentació

The radio can be powered by the included AC adapter or by batteries.

Ús de l'adaptador de CA:

1. Connect the small end of the power adapter to the DC IN port on the rear of the radio.
2. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.

Ús de piles:

For portable use, the radio requires 4 x LR06 (AA) 1.5V batteries (not included).

1. Open the battery compartment cover on the rear of the radio (refer to Figure 4.5).
2. Introduïu 4 piles AA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-) tal com s'indica a l'interior del compartiment.

5.2 Ajust de l'antena

For optimal radio reception, fully extend the telescopic antenna located on the rear of the unit. Adjust its position for the best signal quality.

5.3 Engegada inicial i configuració inicial

1. Premeu el botó Poder botó per encendre la ràdio.
2. Upon first use, the radio will typically initiate an automatic scan for DAB+ stations. This process may take a few minutes.
3. Once the scan is complete, the radio will display the first available DAB+ station.
4. Set the current time and date if prompted, using the Seleccioneu pom i Informació/Menú botó.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Encès/Apagat

• Premeu el botó Poder botó per encendre o apagar la ràdio.

6.2 Selecció del mode

• Premeu el botó Mode button repeatedly to switch between DAB+, FM, and Bluetooth modes. The current mode will be displayed on the LCD screen.

6.3 Funcionament de la ràdio DAB+

Escaneig d'estacions:

• In DAB+ mode, if no stations are found or you wish to rescan, press and hold the Informació/Menú botó per accedir al menú.
• Gira el Seleccioneu knob to navigate to "Full Scan" and press the Seleccioneu knob to confirm. The radio will scan for available DAB+ stations.

Selecció d'estacions:

• Gira el Seleccioneu knob to browse through the available DAB+ stations.
• Premeu el botó Seleccioneu botó per confirmar la selecció.

Presetting DAB+ Stations:

• Sintonitza l'emissora DAB+ desitjada.
• Press and hold one of the numbered preset buttons (1-8+) on the top of the radio until "Preset Saved" appears on the display.
• To recall a preset station, simply press the corresponding numbered preset button.

6.4 Funcionament de la ràdio FM

Escaneig d'estacions:

• En mode FM, manteniu premut el botó Seleccioneu knob to initiate an automatic scan for FM stations. The radio will stop on the next strong signal.
• Alternatively, rotate the Seleccioneu knob to manually tune the frequency.

Presetting FM Stations:

• Sintonitza l'emissora FM desitjada.
• Press and hold one of the numbered preset buttons (1-8+) on the top of the radio until "Preset Saved" appears on the display.
• To recall a preset station, simply press the corresponding numbered preset button.

6.5 Funcionament Bluetooth

Vinculació amb un dispositiu Bluetooth:

1. Premeu el botó Mode button to select Bluetooth mode. The display will show "Bluetooth Pairing" or similar, indicating it's ready to connect.

3. Choose the alarm source (Buzzer, DAB+, or FM) and desired volume level.
4. Confirm to activate the alarm. An alarm icon will appear on the display.

Snooze and Dimmer:

• Quan soni l'alarma, premeu el botó Atenuació/Posposar button to temporarily silence the alarm for a set period (e.g., 9 minutes).
• Manteniu premut el botó Atenuació/Posposar button to adjust the display brightness.

7.1 Neteja

• Desendolleu sempre la ràdio de la presa de corrent abans de netejar-la.
• Feu servir un drap suau, sec i sense borrissol per netejar les superfícies exteriors.
• No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius, ceres o dissolvents, ja que poden danyar l'acabat.

• When the battery indicator shows low power, replace all 4 AA batteries simultaneously.
• Ensure correct polarity when inserting new batteries.
• Eliminar les bateries usades de manera responsable d'acord amb la normativa local.

7.3 Emmagatzematge

• Si guardeu la ràdio durant un període prolongat, traieu-ne les piles per evitar fuites.
• Store the radio in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
