Configuració
- Connexió d'alimentació: Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, flat surface. Connect the power cord to the machine and a suitable power outlet.
- Interruptor principal d’alimentació: Locate the main power switch on the backside of the machine and turn it to the 'ON' position. The LED light on the front panel will illuminate.
- Botó d'encesa: Press the 'POWER' button on the front panel to initiate the spot welding function.
- Welding Head/Pen Installation:
- Fixed Welding Head: For the fixed welding head, adjust the pressure controlling knob to secure the welding needles.
- Mobile Welding Pen (S-70SN/S-70BN/S-71A/S-71B): Plug the mobile welding pen securely into the designated port on the front panel. If using a foot pedal, connect it to the corresponding port on the backside of the machine.

- The top screen displays the actual output current during welding.
- The second screen displays the welding current range and the number of pulses.
- Press the '*' button to adjust the corresponding twinkling value on the display.
- Press the 'T' button to select multiple time-delay spot welding settings (e.g., 0.4s, 0.5s, 0.6s, up to 1.5s superposition).
- Press the 'P' button to set the pulse numbers (2-18 pulses).
- Use the 'AT/MT' button to switch between Manual (MT) and Automatic (AT) spot welding modes.
- The 'SUPER PULSE' knob adjusts the pulse current for higher output, allowing for welding of thicker nickel strips.
Welding Modes and Applications
- Automatic (AT) Mode:
In AT mode, the output welding current is automatically triggered when the welding pen touches the welding part, eliminating the need for a switch. This mode is ideal for efficient, continuous welding of battery packs.

- Regularly inspect welding pins for wear and replace as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep the welding area and machine clean from debris and metal particles.
- Store the unit in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight and excessive dust.

Resolució de problemes
- Sense energia: Check power cord connection, main power switch, and ensure the 'POWER' button is pressed.
- Weak Welds: Adjust the 'SUPER PULSE' knob for higher current. Ensure welding pins are clean and making good contact with the material. Verify correct pulse and time-delay settings for the material thickness.
- Inconsistent Welds: Check for stable power supply. Ensure welding pins are not worn or misaligned. Clean the welding surface of the material.
- Foot Pedal Not Responding (MT Mode): Ensure the foot pedal is securely connected to the machine.
