5. Guia de configuració

5.1. Configuració inicial

Unpack the Cameras: Carefully remove all cameras and accessories from the packaging.
Encès: Plug each camera into a power outlet using the provided power adapter. The camera's indicator light will turn on.
Restableix la càmera: If necessary, use a pin to press and hold the reset button on the camera until the indicator light blinks, indicating it's ready for pairing.

5.2. App Setup Guide

The LaView App is essential for controlling and monitoring your cameras. Follow these steps to set up your cameras using the app:

Descarrega i registra't: Download the "LaView" App from your mobile app store (iOS or Android) and register for a new account.
Afegeix un dispositiu: Tap the 'Add device' icon within the app.

Confirm Power and Reset: Hold down the reset hole until the indicator blinks red, then confirm in the app.

Inicieu sessió a Weblloc: Obre el teu web browser and navigate to the LaView web access portal.
Escaneja el codi QR: A la web page, a QR code will be displayed. Open your LaView mobile app, tap the scanner icon in the top right corner, and scan the QR code on your computer screen.
Login Complete: Once scanned, your web access will be complete, and you can view your camera feeds.

6.1. Live Streaming and Multi-User Sharing

Access 24/7 live streams of your cameras via the LaView aplicació o web browser. The system supports up to 9 simultaneous live feeds, allowing you to monitor multiple areas at once.

You can share access to your cameras with up to 20 people, enabling family and friends to monitor the property as well.

7. Manteniment

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your LaView security cameras, follow these maintenance guidelines:

Neteja: Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the camera's surface or lens coating.
Actualitzacions de firmware: Regularly check the LaView app for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures you have the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements.
Estabilitat de la xarxa: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable and strong in the areas where cameras are installed. A weak signal can lead to dropped connections or poor video quality.

8. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your LaView security cameras, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Night vision is unclear	Ensure there are no reflective surfaces (e.g., windows) directly in front of the camera that could cause glare. Check if the IR lights are functioning correctly.
