1. Introducció

3.1 Desembalatge i inspecció

3.2 Muntatge del suport

Assemble the metal stand components according to the diagrams provided in the separate assembly sheet. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened for stability.

3.3 Attaching Table Extensions

The HS110 comes with side table extensions to increase the working surface. Attach these extensions to the main table using the provided hardware. Ensure they are level with the main table surface.

3.4 Blade Installation (if not pre-installed)

3. Afluixar la femella de l'arbre: Use the provided wrenches to loosen the arbor nut, holding the outer flange.

5. Fulla segura: Reinstall the outer flange and arbor nut, tightening securely.
6. Replace Insert: Place the table insert back into position.

4. Funcionament

Before operating, ensure all safety precautions are understood and followed. Always wear appropriate PPE.

4.1 Engegada/apagada

• Encendre: Press the green "ON" button.
• Apagar: Press the red "OFF" button. In case of emergency, press the large red emergency stop button.

4.2 Adjusting Blade Depth

The blade depth can be adjusted using the handwheel on the front of the saw. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to raise the blade and counter-clockwise to lower it. For through cuts, the blade should extend approximately 3-6mm above the workpiece.

4.5 Making Cuts

4. Material d'alimentació: Slowly and steadily feed the workpiece into the blade. Use a push stick for narrow cuts or when your hands are close to the blade.
5. Tall complet: Continue feeding until the cut is complete. Do not remove off-cuts until the blade has stopped.
6. Turn Off Saw: Press the "OFF" button and wait for the blade to stop completely before leaving the machine.

5. Manteniment

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Scheppach HS110 Table Saw. Always disconnect the power before performing any maintenance.
