The Dragon Touch K4W10 is a 3MP Wireless Security Camera System designed for comprehensive home and office surveillance. This system features an 8-channel NVR and four WiFi-enabled outdoor cameras, offering advanced features like AI human detection, color night vision, and remote access. 2. Què hi ha a la caixa

3. Guia de configuració
3.1 Connexió inicial
- Connect the NVR to a power outlet using its dedicated power adapter.
- Connect the NVR to a monitor (not included) via HDMI or VGA cable for local viewing and setup.
- Connect the USB mouse to the NVR's USB port.
- Plug in each camera to a power outlet using its respective power adapter. The cameras will automatically pair with the NVR.

3.2 Instal·lació del disc dur (opcional)
To enable continuous recording and playback, install a 3.5-inch SATA hard drive (up to 6TB, not included) into the NVR. Refer to the detailed instructions in the included Quick Start Guide for physical installation steps.
3.3 Col·locació de la càmera
Strategically place cameras to cover desired areas. Ensure cameras are within range of the NVR's WiFi signal and have access to a power outlet. The IP66 waterproof rating allows for outdoor installation.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Viu View i la reproducció
Once the NVR and cameras are powered on, the live feed from each camera will appear on the connected monitor. Use the USB mouse to navigate the NVR interface for live viewing, playback of recorded footage, and system settings.
4.2 AI Human Detection
The system utilizes advanced AI human detection to minimize false alarms. When a human figure is detected, the system can trigger an LED alarm on the camera and send notifications to your mobile device.

4.3 Modes de visió nocturna
The cameras support both full-color night vision and infrared night vision. The alarm-powered floodlights enable full-color viewing in low-light conditions, while infrared provides clear black-and-white images up to 65 feet.

4.4 Remote Monitoring (Homeviz App)
Download the free Homeviz app on your mobile phone or tablet to monitor your property remotely. The app allows for live viewing, playback, and receiving motion alerts from anywhere with an internet connection.

4.5 Qualitat del vídeo
The 3MP cameras provide a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, offering clearer and more detailed images compared to standard 1080P systems.

5. Manteniment
- Neteja de lents: Netegeu regularment les lents de la càmera amb un drap suau i sec.amp drap per garantir una qualitat d'imatge nítida. Eviteu productes de neteja abrasius.
- Actualitzacions de firmware: Check the Dragon Touch official weblloc web periòdicament per actualitzar el firmware per garantir un rendiment i una seguretat òptims.
- Font d'alimentació: Ensure all power connections are secure and free from damage.
- Estat del disc dur: If a hard drive is installed, monitor its health through the NVR interface to prevent data loss.
6. Solució De Problemes
- Sense imatge al monitor: Check HDMI/VGA cable connection, ensure monitor is powered on and set to the correct input. Verify NVR power.
- Cameras Not Connecting: Ensure cameras are powered on and within range of the NVR. If issues persist, try re-pairing cameras according to the Quick Start Guide.
- Sense gravació/reproducció: Verify that a hard drive is installed and properly formatted. Check recording settings in the NVR menu.
- Problemes d'accés remot: Ensure the NVR is connected to the internet via Ethernet. Check network settings and ensure the Homeviz app is correctly configured and updated.
- Falses alarmes freqüents: Adjust AI human detection sensitivity and define specific monitoring zones within the NVR settings to reduce unwanted alerts.
