1. Introducció

The Imou Cruiser is an advanced outdoor security camera designed to provide comprehensive surveillance with its 4MP QHD resolution, pan/tilt capabilities, and intelligent features. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Imou Cruiser camera to ensure optimal performance and security for your property.

The Imou Cruiser is a sleek, black and white outdoor security camera featuring two prominent antennas for enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity. It is designed for wall mounting and offers a wide field of view for comprehensive surveillance.

2. Configuració

2.2. Instal·lació física

The Imou Cruiser is designed for wall mounting. Use the provided mounting template to mark drill holes. Secure the mounting bracket to the desired outdoor location, ensuring it is within Wi-Fi range and has access to a power outlet. The camera is IP66 weatherproof, suitable for various outdoor conditions.

2.3. Connexió d'alimentació

Connect the power adapter to the camera's power input. The camera comes with a 3-meter waterproof power cord, allowing for flexible placement while ensuring protection against outdoor elements.

2.4. App Installation and Wi-Fi Setup

Download the 'Imou Life' app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android). Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and add your new Imou Cruiser camera. The app will guide you through connecting the camera to your 2.4G Wi-Fi network.

3.3. Smart Human Motion Tracking

3.4. Floodlight and Sound Alarm

3.6. Recording & Storage

The Imou Cruiser supports multiple storage options: local storage via a Micro SD card (up to 256GB), Network Video Recorder (NVR), or secure cloud storage. This ensures continuous recording and easy access to your video history.

4. Manteniment

4.1. Resistència a la intempèrie

The camera boasts an IP66 weatherproof and dustproof design, allowing it to operate reliably in various external weather conditions, from extreme cold (-30°C) to heat (60°C), ensuring year-round surveillance.

4.2. Neteja

Per mantenir una nitidesa òptima de la imatge, netegeu periòdicament la lent de la càmera amb un drap suau i sec.amp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the lens or casing.

4.3. Actualitzacions de firmware

Comproveu i instal·leu regularment si hi ha actualitzacions de firmware a través de l'aplicació Imou Life. Les actualitzacions sovint inclouen millores de rendiment, noves funcions i millores de seguretat.

5. Solució De Problemes

• Sense energia: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the camera and a working power outlet. Check the power cord for any damage.
• Desconnexió Wi-Fi: Verify your Wi-Fi network is active and the camera is within range. Restart your router and the camera. If issues persist, try re-pairing the camera with the Imou Life app.
• Mala qualitat d'imatge: Check the lens for dirt or obstructions. Ensure adequate lighting, especially for full-color night vision. Verify your internet connection speed.
• Falses alarmes: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings in the Imou Life app. Utilize the human motion detection feature to filter out non-human movements.
• Problemes de conversa bidireccional: Ensure your smartphone's microphone is enabled for the Imou Life app. Check the camera's microphone and speaker settings in the app.
