Configuració
1. Attaching/Changing Lock Tips
The lock comes with three interchangeable tips to fit different security slots. Select the appropriate tip for your device.
- Identify the security slot type on your laptop (Standard, Nano, or Wedge).
- To attach a tip, align the chosen tip with the lock head and push it firmly into place until it clicks.
- To change a tip, gently pull the currently attached tip out of the lock head.

2. Configuració de la combinació
The lock is factory preset to 0-0-0-0. Follow these steps to set your personal combination:
- Ensure the lock is open (set to 0-0-0-0 and the button is pressed).
- Locate the reset button on the side or bottom of the lock. Use a small, pointed object (like a pen tip) to press and hold the reset button.

1. Securing Your Device
- Ensure the correct lock tip is attached to the lock head.

- Release the button. The lock should now be securely fastened to your device.

2. Desbloqueig del dispositiu

- Gently pull the lock head out of the device's security slot.
Manteniment
To ensure the longevity and smooth operation of your Kensington lock:
- Keep the lock and cable clean and free from dust and debris.
- Avoid exposing the lock to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals.
- Periodically check the cable for any signs of wear or damage.
- Ensure the combination dials rotate freely. If they become stiff, a small amount of graphite lubricant can be applied.

Lock Tip is Difficult to Insert or Remove

Cannot Unlock Device
- Double-check that the correct 4-digit combination is entered precisely.
- Ensure the release button is fully pressed.
