Configuració

  1. Desembalatge: Traieu amb cura la màquina de fer pa i tots els accessoris de l'embalatge. Conserveu l'embalatge per a futurs emmagatzematges o transports.
  2. Neteja inicial: Netegeu l'exterior de la màquina de pa amb anuncisamp cloth. Wash the baking pan and kneading paddle with warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

  4. Primer ús (Burn-in): Before baking, it is recommended to run the machine empty on the "Bake" program (Program 17) for about 10 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. This may produce a slight odor, which is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Afegir ingredients

Always add ingredients in the order specified by your recipe, typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, and finally yeast on top. Do not allow yeast to come into contact with liquids or salt before mixing begins.

  1. Insert the kneading paddle onto the shaft in the baking pan.
  2. Add all liquid ingredients to the baking pan.
  3. Add dry ingredients, ensuring they cover the liquid.
  4. Make a small indentation in the center of the dry ingredients (do not reach the liquid) and add the yeast.
  5. Place the baking pan into the bread machine, ensuring it clicks securely into place. Close the lid.

Loaf Size and Crust Color

The delay timer allows you to set the machine to finish baking at a later time, up to 15 hours. After selecting your program, loaf size, and crust color, use the "TIME +" and "TIME -" buttons to adjust the delay time. The displayed time includes the baking cycle duration. Do not use perishable ingredients with the delay timer.
