4. Configuració i instal·lació

4.1 Selecció del lloc:
- Install the pump as close to the pool as possible to minimize friction loss.
- Ensure the installation site is dry, well-ventilated, and protected from direct sunlight and extreme weather.
- Provide adequate space around the pump for maintenance and ventilation.
4.2 Connexions de fontaneria:
- The pump includes adhesive connections: Ø50 mm for 0.33-1.00 HP models and Ø63 mm for 1.50-3.00 HP models.
- Use appropriate PVC pipes and fittings. Ensure all connections are watertight using thread sealant or PVC glue.
- Install isolation valves on both the suction and discharge sides of the pump for easy servicing.
4.3 Connexions elèctriques:
- This model operates on 400 Volts (AC). Ensure the power supply matches the pump's requirements.
- All electrical wiring must comply with local codes and regulations.
- Connect the pump to a dedicated circuit protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) or Residual Current Device (RCD).

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Aciment de la bomba:
- Ensure all valves are open to allow water flow to the pump.
- Remove the transparent lid of the pre-filter.
- Fill the pre-filter housing with water until it overflows.
- Replace the lid, ensuring it is securely tightened to prevent air leaks.
- Turn on the power to the pump. The pump should prime within a few minutes. If not, turn off the pump and repeat the priming process.
5.2 Funcionament normal:
- Once primed, the pump will circulate water through the pool filtration system.
- Monitor the pressure gauge on your filter system to ensure proper operation.
- The pump is designed for continuous operation during filtration cycles.
6. Manteniment

6.1 Pre-filter Basket Cleaning:
- Apagueu la bomba i desconnecteu l'alimentació.
- Close isolation valves on suction and discharge lines.
- Unscrew the transparent lid and remove the pre-filter basket.
- Empty debris from the basket and rinse thoroughly with water.
- Inspeccioneu la junta tòrica per si hi ha esquerdes o desgast; substituïu-la si cal.
- Reinsert the basket, replace the O-ring, and securely tighten the lid.
6.2 Winterization:
- In freezing climates, drain all water from the pump to prevent damage.
- Remove drain plugs (if applicable) and store them safely.
- Store the pump in a dry, protected area if possible.
