4. Configuració i instal·lació

Proper installation is crucial for the performance and longevity of your processor. Follow these steps carefully.

4.1. Instal·lació de la CPU

1. Prepareu la placa base: Ensure your motherboard is placed on a non-conductive surface, such as its anti-static bag. Make sure any RAM or M.2 drives are already installed if preferred before CPU installation.
2. Obriu el sòcol de la CPU: Gently lift the retention arm on the LGA1200 socket to open the CPU socket cover. Leave the plastic cover on the socket for now.
