Muntatge i muntatge

2. Col·locació: Place the grinder on a stable, level, and secure workbench or surface. Ensure the four rubber feet are firmly seated to dampen vibrations and provide stability.

3. Dipòsit d'aigua: Fill the integrated corrosion-free water tank with clean water up to the indicated maximum level. This water is crucial for cooling the workpiece and preventing overheating during grinding.

4. Tool Rest Installation: Attach the tool rest to the designated mounting points on the grinder. Secure it firmly using the provided fasteners. This provides a stable platform for guiding your tools.

Instruccions de funcionament

The Einhell TC-WG 200 is designed for efficient and precise sharpening. Follow these steps for optimal results.

1. Prepare the Grinding Wheel: Before initial use or if the grinding wheel becomes uneven, use the included grindstone to dress and prepare its surface. This ensures a consistent and effective grinding action.
2. Estableix l'angle: Use the angle gauge to determine and set the correct grinding angle for your tool. Adjust the tool rest accordingly to maintain this angle during grinding.

3. Start the Grinder: Turn on the power switch. The 125 W motor will accelerate the wet sanding wheel to approximately 110 RPM. This slow speed is ideal for fine sanding and prevents overheating.

4. Mòlta: Gently apply the tool to be sharpened against the wet grinding wheel, maintaining the set angle. Move the tool consistently across the wheel's surface. The continuous water supply will keep the tool cool.

5. Honing and Polishing: After grinding, switch to the leather honing wheel to remove any burrs and achieve a finer, polished edge. For an even better finish, apply stripping paste to the leather wheel before honing.
6. Acabats: Once the desired sharpness and finish are achieved, turn off the grinder and carefully remove the tool.
