1. Introducció

4. Configuració

4.1 Engegada i configuració inicials

1. Insereix la bateria: Ensure the battery is correctly installed. The device typically uses a long-life battery.
2. Connexió al PC: Remove the protective cap from the USB connector and plug the DT-191A directly into an available USB port on your computer.
3. Software Installation (Optional for PDF): For basic PDF report generation, no software installation is required. The device acts as a USB flash drive. For advanced data analysis and graphing, install the provided analysis software from the device's virtual drive or a specified download link.
4. Configura la configuració: Use the analysis software to set logging parameters such as sample rate (from 2 seconds to 24 hours), alarm thresholds for temperature and humidity, and start/stop modes.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Inici del registre de dades

Once configured via the software, disconnect the device from the PC. The data logger will begin recording according to the programmed settings. The LCD display will show current readings and may indicate logging status.

5.2 Pantalla LCD

The LCD displays real-time temperature and humidity values. It also shows maximum and minimum recorded values during the current logging session. An alarm icon will appear if user-defined maximum/minimum values are exceeded.

5.3 Aturar el registre de dades

Logging will stop automatically when the memory is full, or when manually stopped via the analysis software, or if configured for a specific duration.

5.4 Recuperació i anàlisi de dades

1. PDF Report Generation: Plug the DT-191A into any USB port on a computer. The device will automatically generate a tamper-proof PDF report containing a summary of the logged data, including graphs and statistics. This report is saved directly onto the device's internal memory, accessible as a removable drive.
2. Advanced Analysis with Software: For more detailed analysis, connect the device to a PC with the analysis software installed. The software allows for viewing data in graphical format, exporting to other formats (e.g., Excel), and further customization of reports.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Substitució de la bateria

The DT-191A features a long battery life, typically up to 1 year with a 1-minute sample rate. When the battery indicator on the LCD shows low power, replace the battery with a new one of the same type. Refer to the battery compartment for specific battery type and replacement instructions.

6.2 Neteja

Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the USB port and sensor areas are free from dust and debris.
