Configuració

Comprovacions prèvies a la instal·lació

Abans de començar la instal·lació, assegureu-vos que la porta compleixi les especificacions següents:

Passos d'instal·lació

Follow these steps carefully for a successful installation. A drilling template is included in the package if needed for new door preparations.

1. Instal·leu el tancament: Ensure the latch is oriented correctly with the "UP" arrow facing upwards. Secure it with the provided strike screws. Test the deadbolt movement with a screwdriver to ensure it operates smoothly. Keep the latch in the retracted (unlocked) position.
2. Instal·leu el conjunt exterior: Hold the exterior keypad assembly flush against the door. Carefully feed the key tailpiece and power cable through the door hole.
3. Instal·leu la placa de muntatge: Position the mounting plate on the interior side of the door, ensuring the cable passes through the rectangular slot. Secure the mounting plate with the provided screws, keeping it parallel to the door edge.
4. Connecteu els cables: Make sure the cable from the exterior assembly is well-plugged into the socket of the interior PCB.
5. Instal·leu el conjunt interior: Rotate the thumb turn on the interior assembly to the vertical and upward-facing position. Fix the interior assembly to the mounting plate and test if the latch works smoothly by turning the thumb turn.
6. Instal·leu les bateries: Keep the lock in the "unlock" status. Insert three new AA alkaline batteries into the battery pack. Stick in and hold the reset hole with the reset pin. While holding the reset pin, insert the last battery. Continue holding for about 3 seconds until you hear a beep sound. This reallocates the latch bolt to learn the door's orientation.
7. Instal·lació completa: Put back the battery lid to complete the installation.

Keyless Entry & User Codes

The LaView smart lock supports up to 20 unique user codes for convenient keyless entry.

• Default Master Pin Code: The default master pin code is 12345678. You will be prompted to change this for security reasons before adding any other codes.

1. Press ** (double asterisk).
2. Enter the default master code (12345678).
3. Press # (pound key).
4. Premeu 1.
5. Input your new master code.
6. Premeu #.
7. Input the new master code again to verify.
8. Press # to store the new master code.

To add a new user code:

1. Press ** (double asterisk).
2. Enter your new master code.
3. Press # (pound key).
4. Premeu 2.
5. Type in the new user code.
6. Premeu #.
7. Type in the new user code again to verify.
8. Press # to add the new user code.

Esborra el codi d'usuari

To delete an unwanted user code:

1. Press ** (double asterisk).
2. Enter your new master code.
3. Press # (pound key).
4. Premeu 3.
5. Type in the unwanted user code.
6. Press # to delete the userless one.

One-time codes provide temporary access and expire after a single use.

1. Press ** (double asterisk).
2. Enter your new master code.
3. Press # (pound key).
4. Premeu 7.
5. Type in the new user code.
6. Premeu #.
7. Type in the new user code again to verify.
8. Press # to add the one-time code.

Funció de bloqueig automàtic

The auto-lock feature automatically secures your door after a set period of inactivity.

Activa/desactiva el bloqueig automàtic

The auto-lock function is disabled by default.

1. Press ** (double asterisk).
2. Enter your new master code.
3. Press # (pound key).
4. Press 51# to enable Auto-Lock.
5. Press 52# to disable Auto-Lock.

Estableix el retard de temps de bloqueig automàtic

The default auto-lock time delay is 30 seconds. You can adjust it between 10 and 99 seconds.

1. Press ** (double asterisk).
2. Enter your new master code.
3. Press # (pound key).
4. Premeu 8.
5. Input the new delay time (10s-99s).
6. Press # to adjust the delay time.

Mode silenciós

Silent mode disables all sound feedback from the lock.

Enable/Disable Silent Mode

Silent mode is disabled by default.

1. Press ** (double asterisk).
2. Enter your new master code.
3. Press # (pound key).
4. Press 42# to enable Silent Mode.
5. Press 41# to disable Silent Mode.

Mode de vacances

Vacation mode provides enhanced security when you are away for an extended period. If the lock is unlocked by key or thumb turn while in this mode, it will beep for 1 minute.

1. Press ** (double asterisk).
2. Enter your new master code.
3. Press # (pound key).
4. Premeu 6.
5. Press # to enable Vacation Mode.

Manteniment

Canvi de bateria

The lock is powered by 4 AA batteries. When the batteries are low, a low battery indicator will alert you to replace them.

The lock features an IP54 rating, making it weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its metal frame ensures durability. Clean the keypad and lock body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Resolució de problemes

If you encounter issues with your LaView smart lock, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Lock not responding to codes: Ensure batteries are not low. Re-enter codes carefully. Verify the master code and user codes are correctly programmed.
• Deadbolt not extending/retracting smoothly: During installation, ensure the latch bolt is properly aligned and moves freely. If the issue persists, perform the battery reset procedure (Step 6 in Installation) to re-calibrate the latch bolt's orientation.
• Keypad lights not illuminating: Check battery levels. Replace all four AA batteries if necessary.
• Lock beeps continuously in Vacation Mode: This indicates the lock was opened using the physical key or thumb turn. This is a security feature to alert you of entry while Vacation Mode is active.
