3. Configuració
Follow these steps to set up your Mini Follow Focus:
- Attach the 15mm Rod: Secure the included Φ15mm rod to your camera cage or baseplate using the Rod Clamp (with NATO rail) 3011. The rod clamp can be mounted to the side or top of most cages via a 1/4"-20 screw.
- Mount the Follow Focus: Slide the Mini Follow Focus unit onto the 15mm rod. Position it so the gear aligns with your lens's focus ring.
- Select and Attach Gear:
- For lenses with standard 0.8 MOD gears, use the included M0.8-43T gear.
- For lenses without integrated gears, attach the snap-on gear ring belt around your lens's focus ring. Ensure it is snug and properly engaged with the follow focus gear.
- Alternatively, the silicone gear can drive lenses through friction, eliminating the need for a separate focus ring for noise reduction.
