1. Introducció

3. Configuració

3.1. Connecting via USB-A Dongle

1. Insert the USB-A dongle (BTD 800) into an available USB-A port on your computer.
2. The dongle's LED indicator will flash blue.
3. Power on your EPOS Adapt 260 headset by pressing and holding the power button until you hear an audible confirmation.
4. The headset and dongle will automatically pair. The dongle's LED will turn solid blue, and the headset's LED will indicate a connected status.
5. Ensure the EPOS Adapt 260 is selected as the audio input and output device in your computer's sound settings.

3.2. Connecting via Bluetooth (without dongle)

2. Press and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
4. Select "EPOS Adapt 260" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, the headset's LED will turn solid blue.

4.1. Encendre/apagar

• Per encendre: Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds until the LED illuminates and you hear an audible prompt.
• Per apagar: Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED turns off and you hear an audible prompt.

4.2. Control de volum

• Augmenta el volum: Press the volume up button (+).
• Disminueix el volum: Press the volume down button (-).

4.3. Gestió de trucades

• Respondre/Finalitzar la trucada: Premeu el botó multifunció una vegada.
• Rebutja la trucada: Manteniu premut el botó multifunció durant 2 segons.

4.4. Silència del micròfon

• Silenciar/activar el micròfon: Press the mute button on the microphone boom. An audible prompt will confirm the mute status.

4.5. Càrrega

• Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the USB-C port on the headset and to a USB power source.
• The LED indicator will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).

5.1. Neteja

• Sense so/Micròfon no funciona:
  Ensure the headset is powered on and properly connected (either via dongle or Bluetooth). Check your computer's sound settings to confirm the EPOS Adapt 260 is selected as the default input/output device. Verify the microphone is not muted.
• Connection Issues (Dongle):
  If the dongle connection is unstable, try unplugging and re-inserting the USB-A dongle. Ensure the headset is within range (up to 10 meters). Restarting your computer or the headset may resolve temporary issues.
• Error d'emparellament Bluetooth:
  Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing red and blue LED). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. If issues persist, try deleting the headset from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pairing.
• Headset Powers Off Unexpectedly:
  Check the battery level. If the headset is not in use for an extended period, it may enter an auto power-off state to conserve battery.
