3. Configuració i instal·lació
Follow these steps to properly install the MIK Carrier Plate on your bicycle's luggage rack and attach accessories.
3.1 Attaching the MIK Carrier Plate to Your Bicycle Rack
- Prepare Your Rack: Ensure your bicycle's luggage rack is clean and free from obstructions. The MIK Carrier Plate is compatible with racks ranging from 80mm to 150mm in width.
- Position the Plate: Place the MIK Carrier Plate on top of your luggage rack. Align the adjustable clamps on the underside of the MIK plate with the bars of your rack.
- Adjust and Secure Clamps: Use the provided M5x15mm screws and washers/spacers to adjust and tighten the clamps. Ensure the plate is centered and firmly secured to the rack, preventing any movement.

3.2 Attaching MIK-Compatible Accessories
Once the MIK Carrier Plate is installed, you can easily attach MIK-compatible bags or baskets.
- Align Accessory: Take your MIK-compatible bag or basket (which should have a pre-installed MIK adapter on its base) and align it with the MIK Carrier Plate on your rack.

4.1 Detaching MIK-Compatible Accessories
- Locate the MIK Key: Insert either the MIK Key L (long) or MIK Key S (short) into the locking mechanism on the MIK adapter plate of your accessory.
