3. Configuració i instal·lació
Installation of the Marantec Comfort 360 requires basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. If you are unsure about any step, it is recommended to consult a professional installer.

- Assemble the drive rail according to its specific instructions.
- Attach the opener unit to the drive rail.
- Mount the assembled opener and rail system to the garage ceiling and the header bracket above the garage door, ensuring it is level and securely fastened. Refer to the detailed instructions provided with your drive rail for precise mounting steps.

3.3 Connexió de potència
Plug the power cable into the opener unit and then into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is easily accessible for disconnecting power when needed.
3.4 Initial Programming and Limit Setting
After installation, the opener needs to learn the travel limits (open and close positions) of your garage door. This process typically involves:
- Activating the programming mode on the opener unit (refer to the specific button sequence on the unit).
- Manually moving the door to its desired fully open position and saving it.

- The opener will then perform a few test cycles to automatically adjust the force settings.
Note: Detailed programming steps are usually found on a sticker on the opener unit or in a separate quick-start guide. If you encounter difficulties, refer to the troubleshooting section or contact support.
4. Operating Your Garage Door Opener
The Marantec Comfort 360 offers convenient operation via handheld transmitters and can be integrated with smart home systems.
4.1 Ús de transmissors portàtils
Your kit includes two handheld transmitters: a Digital 572 (2-channel) and a Digital 564 (4-channel). These transmitters are pre-programmed to operate your garage door opener.
- Press the assigned button on the transmitter once to open or close the garage door.
- Pressing the button again during operation will stop the door.
- The transmitters feature 128-bit encryption and rolling code technology for enhanced security.

4.2 Manual Operation (Power Failure)
En cas d'una potènciatage, you can manually open or close your garage door. Locate the emergency release handle (usually a red cord) attached to the trolley on the drive rail. Pull the handle firmly to disengage the door from the opener. You can then manually lift or lower the door. To re-engage, push the door back into the trolley until it clicks into place, or follow the specific re-engagement instructions for your rail system.
4.3 Smart Home Integration (maveo)
The Marantec Comfort 360 is compatible with the maveo smart home system. This allows you to control and monitor your garage door from your smartphone, both at home and remotely. For maveo integration, you will need additional maveo hardware (sold separately). Refer to the maveo system's documentation for setup and operation instructions.
5. Manteniment
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Marantec Comfort 360 garage door opener.
5.1 Comprovacions mensuals
- Prova d'inversió de seguretat: Place a 2x4 piece of wood flat on the floor in the path of the garage door. Close the door. The door should reverse upon contact with the wood. If it does not, adjust the force settings or contact a service technician.
- Photo Eye Test: Wave your hand in front of the photo eyes (located near the bottom of the door tracks) while the door is closing. The door should stop and reverse. Clean the photo eyes if they are dirty.
