• NO vacuum hot ash or embers. Ensure all ash is completely cold before vacuuming. Wait at least 24 hours after the last fire.

• Always ensure the filter is correctly installed before operation.

Muntatge i muntatge

Follow these steps to assemble your ash vacuum cleaner before first use.

1. Desempaquetar components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Check for any damage.
2. Instal·leu el filtre:

   Place the HEPA filter onto the motor unit's filter housing. Ensure it is seated correctly and securely. Then, place the metal mesh filter basket over the HEPA filter, ensuring it covers the filter completely.
3. Connecteu el capçal del motor: Place the motor head onto the ash collection drum. Secure it firmly using the locking clips on both sides of the drum. Ensure the clips are fully engaged.
4. Connecteu la mànega: Insert the flexible suction hose into the inlet port on the side of the collection drum. Twist clockwise to secure it.
5. Attach Nozzle/Tubes: Connect the aluminum nozzle directly to the end of the flexible hose, or attach one or both extension tubes between the hose and the nozzle for extended reach.

Instruccions de funcionament

Before operating, ensure all safety instructions have been read and understood. Only vacuum cold ash.

1. Verify Ash Temperature: Confirm that the ash to be vacuumed is completely cold. Hot ash can cause fire and damage the appliance.
2. Connectar: Inseriu el cable d'alimentació en una presa de corrent adequada.
3. Comença a aspirar: Press the ON/OFF switch located on the motor head to turn on the vacuum cleaner.
4. Clean Ash: Guide the nozzle over the cold ash. The powerful suction will collect the ash into the drum.
5. Atura l'operació: Once cleaning is complete, press the ON/OFF switch again to turn off the appliance.
6. Desconnectar: Desconnecteu el cable d'alimentació de la presa de corrent.

Manteniment i Neteja

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your ash vacuum cleaner.

Emptying the Ash Collection Drum:

1. Assegureu-vos que l'aparell estigui desconnectat.
2. Unclip the locking clips and carefully lift the motor head from the collection drum.
3. Remove the filter and mesh basket.
4. Empty the cold ash from the drum into a suitable, non-combustible container.
5. Netegeu l'interior del tambor amb anunciamp cloth if necessary. Ensure it is completely dry before reassembly.

Neteja del filtre:

• The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly to maintain suction power.
• Gently tap the filter against a hard surface to dislodge accumulated ash.
• For a more thorough cleaning, the filter can be rinsed under cold running water. Ensure the filter is completament sec before re-installing it. Using a wet filter can damage the motor.
• Replace the filter if it is damaged or if suction power significantly decreases even after cleaning.
