Components

• Base del motor: Conté l'element calefactor, el ventilador i el panell de control.

3. Configuració

1. Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge. Conserveu l'embalatge per a emmagatzematge o transport futur.
2. Neteja: Before first use, wash the drying trays and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor base with a damp tela.
3. Muntar: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Stack the desired number of drying trays onto the base. Place the lid on top of the uppermost tray.
4. Col·locació: Ensure the dehydrator is placed in a well-ventilated area, away from walls or other appliances, to allow for proper airflow.

4.1 Preparació d'aliments per a la deshidratació

• Renteu i assequeu bé tots els aliments.
• Cut food into uniform slices (approximately 0.5 cm to 1 cm thick) for even drying.
• For fruits like apples or bananas, consider pre-treating with lemon juice or a commercial anti-darkening solution to prevent discoloration.

4.2 Càrrega de safates

• Arrange food in a single layer on each drying tray, ensuring there is space between pieces for air circulation. Do not overlap food.
• Stack the trays onto the motor base, then place the lid securely on top.

1. Connecteu el deshidratador a una presa de corrent estàndard.
2. Premeu el botó d’engegada per engegar la unitat.
3. Temperatura establerta: Use the temperature control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to adjust the drying temperature. The temperature is adjustable between 40°C and 70°C, in 5-degree increments. Refer to a dehydration guide for recommended temperatures for specific foods.
4. Establir hora: Use the time control buttons to set the desired drying duration. The dehydrator can operate continuously for up to 48 hours.
5. Press the start button to begin the dehydration process. The display will show the remaining time.

4.4 Monitoring and Completion

• Periodically check the food for dryness. Drying times vary based on food type, thickness, and humidity.
• Rotate trays if necessary to ensure even drying, especially if different foods are on different trays.
• Once food is dried to your preference, turn off the dehydrator and unplug it. Allow the food to cool completely before storing.

1. Desconnectar: Desendolleu sempre el deshidratador de la presa de corrent i deixeu-lo refredar completament abans de netejar-lo.
2. Trays and Lid: Wash the drying trays and lid in warm, soapy water. A soft brush can be used to remove stubborn food particles. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling or storing. These parts may also be top-rack dishwasher safe (check product markings).
3. Base del motor: Netegeu l'exterior de la base del motor amb anunciamp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the base in water. Ensure no water enters the internal components.
4. Emmagatzematge: Store the clean, dry dehydrator in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
