4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega del dispositiu

Before first use, fully charge the blood pressure monitor using the provided USB Type-C cable. Connect the cable to the device's charging port and the other end to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.

4.2 Downloading the ViHealth App

For full functionality, including unlimited data storage and report sharing, download the free ViHealth app from your device's app store (available for Android and iOS). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

4.3 Emparellament inicial (Bluetooth)

Once the app is installed and the monitor is charged, open the ViHealth app. Follow the on-screen instructions within the app to pair your Wellue Blood Pressure Monitor via Bluetooth. This typically involves turning on the monitor and selecting it from the list of available devices in the app.

5. Funcionament

5.1 Prendre una mesura

1. Preparació per a la mesura: Seieu còmodament amb l'esquena recolzada i els peus ben plans a terra. Recolzeu el braç sobre una taula de manera que el maneguet quedi a l'alçada del cor. Eviteu parlar o moure-us durant la mesura.
2. Aplicar el maneguet: Slide your left arm through the cuff loop. Position the cuff 1 to 2 cm (approximately 0.4 to 0.8 inches) above your elbow joint, ensuring the air tube is centered on the inside of your arm. The cuff should be snug but not too tight.
3. Iniciar la mesura: Press the 'START/STOP' button on the monitor. The cuff will automatically inflate and deflate. Remain still and quiet until the measurement is complete.
4. View Resultats: Your blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) and pulse rate will be displayed on the monitor's OLED screen within 30 seconds. The device can store the last 50 readings directly.

6. Manteniment i cura

• Neteja: Netegeu el monitor i el braçalet amb un drap suau i sec. Si cal, utilitzeu un drap lleugerament humit.ampened with water or a mild detergent, then wipe dry immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
• Emmagatzematge: Store the device in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity. Keep it in its original packaging or a protective case when not in use.
