1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the lightmaXX Vega Bar LED Light Bar. This powerful LED bar features 24 x 4W RGBW LEDs, offering versatile color mixing and multiple DMX channel modes (6, 9, 16, 30, and 58 channels). It also includes automatic and sound-activated modes for flexible operation. This manual provides essential information for safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your device.

• Seguretat elèctrica: Assegureu-vos que la font d'alimentació voltage matches the device's requirements. Always connect to a grounded outlet. Disconnect power before cleaning or servicing.

4. Configuració

4.1 Muntatge

The Vega Bar LED Light Bar comes with adjustable mounting brackets for various installation options, including floor standing or truss mounting. Ensure the mounting surface or truss can support the weight of the fixture.

• Attach the mounting brackets securely to the desired surface using appropriate clamps o cargols (no inclosos).
• Always use a safety rope (not included) when suspending the fixture overhead. Attach the safety rope to the designated safety rope attachment point on the fixture.

4.2 Connexió d'alimentació

• Connect the provided power cable to the POWER IN port on the fixture.
• Connecteu l'altre extrem del cable d'alimentació a una presa de corrent amb connexió a terra adequada.
• The fixture supports power linking. To connect multiple units, use a power link cable (not included) from the POWER OUT port of one fixture to the POWER IN port of the next.

Connexió DMX 4.3 (opcional)

For external control, connect the fixture to a DMX controller.

• Connect a DMX cable (not included) from the DMX OUT of your controller to the DMX IN port of the Vega Bar.
• For multiple fixtures, daisy-chain them by connecting the DMX OUT of the first fixture to the DMX IN of the next, and so on.
• Terminate the last fixture in the DMX chain with a DMX terminator (not included) for reliable signal transmission.

5. Funcionament

5.1 Tauler de control

The control panel on the rear of the fixture allows for mode selection and parameter adjustment.

5.2 Modes de funcionament

The Vega Bar offers several operating modes:

• Mode DMX: Allows external control via a DMX controller. Select the desired DMX channel mode (6, 9, 16, 30, or 58 channels) from the menu.
• Mode automàtic: The fixture runs through pre-programmed light shows. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select different auto programs or adjust speed.
• Music Mode (Sound-Activated): The fixture reacts to sound picked up by the built-in microphone. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust sound sensitivity.
• Mode de color estàtic: Select a fixed color using RGBW mixing.

5.3 modes de canal DMX

The Vega Bar supports multiple DMX channel configurations to suit various control needs. Refer to the DMX chart in the appendix (if available, otherwise state general functionality) for detailed channel assignments for each mode.

• Mode d'6 canals: Basic control (e.g., Dimmer, Red, Green, Blue, White, Strobe).
• Mode d'9 canals: Adds more control parameters.
• Mode d'16 canals: Offers finer control over individual LED segments or effects.
• Mode d'30 canals: Provides advanced control, potentially including pixel mapping.
• Mode d'58 canals: Full control over all 24 RGBW LEDs individually for complex effects.

6. Manteniment

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your light bar.

• Neteja: Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior. For lenses, use a mild glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Inspecció: Periodically check power and DMX cables for damage. Ensure all mounting hardware is secure.
• Emmagatzematge: When not in use, store the fixture in a dry, dust-free environment.
