4. Configuració
To begin using your DROK USB Digital Multimeter, follow these steps:
- Connecteu-vos a la font d'alimentació: Plug the USB-A or USB-C input of the tester into a compatible power source (e.g., wall charger, power bank, computer USB port).
- Micro USB Adapter for PD Chargers: If connecting to a Power Delivery (PD) charger via the Type-C input and no display appears, insert the included Micro USB adapter into the Micro USB input port on the tester. Then, connect the PD charger to the Type-C input. The screen should light up.
- Connectar el dispositiu: Plug the device you wish to test (e.g., smartphone, tablet) into either Output I (USB-A or USB-C) or Output II (USB-A) of the tester.
The following video demonstrates the unboxing and initial connection of the USB tester, including how to address scenarios where the display does not immediately light up with certain chargers.

5. Funcionament
5.1 Modes de visualització
The DROK USB Digital Multimeter offers 7 display modes, which can be cycled through using Button II. These modes provide different combinations of measurements:
- Fixed Display Modes:
- 1. VA (Voltage & Current): Mostra el volum en temps realtage i corrent.
- 2. C (Capacity): Displays accumulated charge capacity (mAh).
- 3. P (Power): Displays real-time power (Watts).
- Cyclic Display Modes: These modes automatically cycle through combinations of the fixed displays.
- 4. VA+C
- 5. VA+P
- 6. C+P
- 7. VA+C+P
The image below illustrates the various display modes available on the USB tester, showing examples del voltage, current, capacity, and power readings.

5.2 Funcions dels botons
The tester features two buttons for control:
- Button I (PD 5V Trigger): Quan l'entrada voltage is >/= 5V, press this key for 5 seconds to trigger the output while powering up. This is primarily for activating PD output.
- Button II (Display Mode Switching & Capacity Clearing):
- Premsa curta: Changes the screen interface/display mode.
- Quick Double-Click: Resets the accumulated capacity (mAh).
- Quick Three-Click: Resets the accumulated electric energy (Wh).
- Premsa llarga: Resets the accumulated capacity, power, and time data.
5.3 Dual USB Output Functionality
The tester provides two distinct output ports:
- Output I (USB-A & USB-C): This output supports both charging and data transfer. The charging current is determined by the compatibility of the connected device and charger. You can observe both voltage and current values simultaneously.
- Output II (USB-A): This output is for device charging only. It features a built-in intelligent charging control IC that automatically matches the most suitable and safe current for your devices. This is particularly useful for non-original chargers but also works with original chargers.
Nota: When using QC 2.0 charging via Output I, do not insert any devices into Output II simultaneously.
The image below highlights the USB A/C port, demonstrating the versatility of the tester for different USB cable types.

6. Manteniment
To ensure the longevity and accurate performance of your DROK USB Digital Multimeter, observe the following maintenance guidelines:
- Neteja: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the casing o pantalla.
- Emmagatzematge: Store the tester in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The provided storage case can help protect it from dust and physical damage.
- Manipulació: Manipuleu el dispositiu amb cura. Eviteu deixar-lo caure ni sotmetre'l a impactes forts.
- Condicions ambientals: Do not expose the device to direct sunlight during operation, as this can affect display readability and potentially internal components. Ensure operation within the specified temperature and humidity ranges.
7. Solució De Problemes
The DROK USB Digital Multimeter includes several alarm functions to help identify potential issues:
- Overvoltage Alarma: Si el voltage exceeds or equals 5.6V, the digital voltage display will flash quickly. This indicates a potentially unsafe voltage level from the power source. Disconnect immediately.
- Falta de voltage Alarma: Si el voltage drops below a safe operating threshold, a lack of voltage alarm will activate. Check the power source and connections.
- Overcurrent Alarm: If the current exceeds or equals 3A, the digital current display will flash quickly. This suggests the connected device is drawing too much current, or there's an issue with the power source or cable.
- Short Circuit Alarm: In the event of a short circuit, the current digital display will flash quickly. Immediately disconnect all components to prevent damage.
If the display does not light up upon connection, ensure the Micro USB adapter is used when connecting to PD chargers via the Type-C input, as described in the Setup section.
The image below illustrates the multiple protection features integrated into the USB tester, which help prevent damage from electrical anomalies.
