4. Instruccions de configuració

4.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the padlock. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port located at the bottom of the padlock and to a standard USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status.

1. Download the Eseesmart app from your device's app store (available for Android and iOS).

4. In the app, select 'Add Device' or the '+' icon to search for your padlock.

4.3 Fingerprint Registration

After pairing, you can register fingerprints:

1. In the Eseesmart app, navigate to 'Fingerprint Management'.
2. Select 'Add Fingerprint' and assign a name (e.g., "Thumb 1").
3. Place your finger on the padlock's fingerprint sensor, lifting and repositioning it as instructed by the app until the registration is complete. Repeat this process for each fingerprint you wish to add (up to 15).

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Desbloqueig amb empremta digital

To unlock the padlock using a registered fingerprint, simply place your finger on the fingerprint sensor. The LED will briefly turn blue, then green if successful, and the shackle will release.

5.2 Unlocking with Mobile App

Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is on and you are within range of the padlock. Open the Eseesmart app, select your padlock, and tap the 'Unlock' button on the main screen. The padlock will unlock.

5.3 User Management and Authorization

The app allows you to manage authorized users and their access. You can add or delete fingerprints, and grant temporary or permanent access to others. The app also provides a log of all unlock events.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Charging the Padlock

When the battery is low, the LED indicator may flash red or the app will notify you. Recharge the padlock using the provided USB cable. A full charge typically takes about 30 minutes.

The padlock is designed to be water-resistant. However, it is not fully submersible. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion in water to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• Padlock not unlocking with fingerprint: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try different angles or re-register your fingerprint if issues persist. Check if the battery is charged.
• App not connecting to padlock: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the padlock is awake (touch the sensor). Make sure the app is up to date. Try restarting the app or your phone.
• La bateria s'esgota ràpidament: Ensure the padlock is not constantly being woken up or attempting connections. Fully charge the device.
• Cannot add new fingerprints: Check if the padlock has reached its maximum capacity of 15 fingerprints. Delete old or unused fingerprints if necessary.
• Restabliment de fàbrica: If experiencing persistent issues, a factory reset may be necessary. Refer to the app's settings or contact customer support for detailed instructions on performing a factory reset. Note that a factory reset will erase all registered fingerprints and app pairings.
