2.2 Instal·lació de la bateria

The Xblitz Hero is powered by AAA batteries (not included). To install the batteries:

3. Instruccions de funcionament

3.1 Engegada/apagada

• Per encendre: Press and hold the power button (usually marked with a circle and a vertical line) until the display illuminates. The device will perform a brief self-check.
• Per apagar: Press and hold the power button until the display turns off. The device may also power off automatically after a period of inactivity.

3.2 Realització d'una prova

For accurate results, wait at least 20 minutes after consuming alcohol or smoking before performing a test.

1. Ensure a clean mouthpiece is attached.
2. Power on the device. It will display a countdown or 'WARM UP' message as it prepares the sensor.
3. Once 'BLOW' or a similar prompt appears, take a deep breath.
4. Place your lips around the mouthpiece and blow steadily and continuously for approximately 5-7 seconds until you hear a beep or the device indicates the sample is sufficient.
5. The device will process the sample and display the result on the LCD screen.

The result will be displayed in your selected unit of measurement (e.g., mg/L, %BAC). Refer to local regulations for legal alcohol limits. If the result exceeds the set alarm threshold, the device may emit an audible warning.
