Introducció

This instruction manual provides detailed information for setting up and playing the Monopoly: Netflix Stranger Things Edition board game. Inspired by Season 4 of the Netflix series Stranger Things, this game challenges 2-6 players, aged 14 and up, to navigate Hawkins and the Upside Down.

The objective is to acquire properties, collect rent, and close Gates to the Upside Down, all while avoiding the dark influence of Vecna. The last player with money when all others are bankrupt wins, unless Vecna opens enough Gates to every location, in which case all players lose.

Configuració

2. Place Vecna's Grandfather Clock: Position the Vecna's Grandfather Clock spinner in the designated center area of the game board.

3. Distribuir diners: Each player receives a starting amount of Monopoly money as specified in the game guide.

4. Shuffle and Place Cards:
   • Shuffle the Property Cards and place one face-up on each corresponding space on the board.
   • Shuffle the Cerebro Cards and place them face-down on their designated space.
   • Shuffle the Hellfire Club Cards and place them face-down on their designated space.

The game proceeds in turns, with players rolling dice and moving their tokens around the board. The core mechanics involve acquiring properties, managing Gates to the Upside Down, and utilizing special cards.

3. Move Token: Move your token clockwise the number of spaces indicated by the dice roll.

Guanyant el joc

There are two primary ways the game can conclude:

• Last Player Standing: The game ends when all but one player have gone bankrupt. The remaining player wins.
• Vecna's Victory: If Vecna opens enough Gates so that cada location on the board is in the Upside Down, the game ends immediately, and all players lose. This emphasizes the cooperative element of closing Gates.
