2. Guia de configuració
2.1 Càrrega dels auriculars i l'estoig
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided cable. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the lights will indicate completion.
2.2 Emparellament amb el dispositiu
- Assegureu-vos que els auriculars estiguin carregats i col·locats dins de l'estoig de càrrega.
- Obre l'estoig de càrrega. Els auriculars entraran automàticament en mode d'emparellament (indicat pels llums intermitents dels auriculars).
- On your smartphone or tablet, go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Cerca new devices and select "Pantone TWS" (or similar name) from the list of available devices.
- Un cop connectat, un missatge de veu confirmarà l'emparellament correcte.
- Els auriculars ja estan llestos per al seu ús.
3. Instruccions de funcionament
3.1 Encès/Apagat
- Encès: Obriu l'estoig de càrrega i els auriculars s'encendran automàticament. Si no, premeu i manteniu premuda la zona de control tàctil d'ambdós auriculars durant 3 segons.
- Apagar: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.
3.2 Control de reproducció de música
- Reproduir/pausa: Toqueu una vegada la zona de control tàctil de qualsevol dels auriculars.
- Pista següent: Toqueu dues vegades la zona de control tàctil de l'auricular dret.
- Pista anterior: Toqueu dues vegades la zona de control tàctil de l'auricular esquerre.
- Pujar el volum: Toqueu tres vegades la zona de control tàctil de l'auricular dret.
- Baixar el volum: Toqueu tres vegades la zona de control tàctil de l'auricular esquerre.
3.3 Gestió de trucades
- Respondre/Finalitzar la trucada: Tap the touch control area on either earbud once during an incoming call.
- Rebutja la trucada: Press and hold the touch control area on either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activa l'Assistent de veu: Press and hold the touch control area on either earbud for 2 seconds (when not on a call).
4. Manteniment i cura
4.1 Neteja
- Netegeu regularment els auriculars i l'estoig de càrrega amb un drap suau, sec i sense borrissol.
- No utilitzeu productes químics aggressivs, dissolvents de neteja o detergents forts.
- Gently clean the ear tips and speaker mesh to remove earwax or debris.
4.2 Emmagatzematge
- Quan no els utilitzeu, guardeu sempre els auriculars a la seva funda de càrrega per protegir-los i mantenir-los carregats.
- Emmagatzemar en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de temperatures extremes i de la llum solar directa.
5. Solució De Problemes
- Auriculars que no s'emparellan: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode. Delete the previous Bluetooth connection on your device and try pairing again.
- Només funciona un auricular: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try placing them back in the case and taking them out again. If the issue persists, reset the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's weblloc web per obtenir instruccions específiques de restabliment si cal).
- Sense so: Check the volume level on your connected device and on the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
- Problemes de càrrega: Revisa el cable de càrrega i l'adaptador de corrent. Assegura't que els contactes de càrrega dels auriculars i de l'interior de la funda estiguin nets i lliures de residus.
- Mala qualitat del so: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Try different sized ear tips for a better seal. Check for any obstructions in the speaker mesh.
