Configuració
- Desembalar: Carefully remove the light therapy lamp i tots els accessoris de l'embalatge.

- Connectar l'alimentació: Insert the USB charging cable into the lamp's power port. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the provided power adapter, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- Distància òptima: For best results, position the lamp approximately 5 to 20 inches (12.7 to 50.8 cm) from your face. The light should be directed towards your eyes, but you do not need to stare directly into it.

Funcionament
- Encès/apagat: Toqueu el botó d'encesa (⏻) girar la lamp encès o apagat.
- Ajusta la brillantor: Use the '+' and '-' touch buttons to cycle through the 10 brightness levels. The lamp can reach up to 10,000 lux.
- Canvia la temperatura del color: Touch the light bulb icon button (💡) to switch between White Light, Natural Light, and Warm Light modes.
- Estableix el temporitzador: Toqueu el botó del temporitzador (⏱) to select a session duration: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. The lamp will automatically turn off after the selected time. Indicator lights below the controls will show the active timer setting.

Manteniment
