Configuració
Càrrega inicial
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Use the provided USB-C cable. The charging case requires approximately 2 hours for a full charge, and the earbuds require about 1.5 hours.

The Picun W20 earbuds feature advanced Bluetooth V5.0 + EDR technology and a Hall Switch for fast pairing.
- Assegureu-vos que el Bluetooth del dispositiu estigui activat.
- Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (after the first connection).
- On your device, search for "W20" in the Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.

Controls tàctils
The Picun W20 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud for easy management of your audio and calls. The anti-misoperation touch design helps prevent accidental commands.
- Un clic: Volume adjustment (Left: Volume -, Right: Volume +)
- Feu doble clic: Play/Pause music, Answer/Hang up calls
- Triple clic: Activa l'Assistent de veu
- Premsa llarga: Switch songs (Left: Previous song, Right: Next song)
Twin / Single Mode
You can use both earbuds together in Twin Mode for a stereo experience, or use a single earbud independently in Single Mode for convenience or to save battery life.

Problemes comuns i solucions
- Auriculars que no s'emparellan: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, close the lid, then open it again to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
- Només funciona un auricular: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often resets the connection and allows both to pair.
- Volum baix o qualitat de so deficient: Ensure earbuds are fully charged. Try different sized ear tips for a better seal in your ear. Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
- Auriculars que no es carreguen: Check if the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of obstructions.
