3. Configuració

3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Localitza el compartiment de les piles a la part posterior del temporitzador.
2. Obriu la tapa de la bateria.
3. Introduïu tres (3) piles AAA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-).
4. Tanqueu la tapa de la bateria amb seguretat.

3.2 Encès inicial

After installing the batteries, the timer's LED display will illuminate, indicating it is ready for use.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Setting the Countdown Timer

1. Ensure the timer display is at "00:00". If not, press and hold the small button at the bottom of the display to reset it.
2. Rotate the outer ring clockwise to increase the time. Each click adjusts the time by seconds initially, then by minutes as you rotate faster.
3. Rotate the outer ring counter-clockwise to decrease the time.
4. Once your desired time (up to 99 minutes and 55 seconds) is displayed, press the small button at the bottom of the display to start the countdown.
5. To pause the countdown, press the small button again. Press it once more to resume.
6. To reset the timer during a countdown, press and hold the small button until the display shows "00:00".

4.2 Using the Count-Up Timer (Stopwatch)

1. Ensure the timer display is at "00:00". If not, press and hold the small button at the bottom of the display to reset it.
2. With the display showing "00:00", press the small button at the bottom of the display. The timer will begin counting upwards from 00:00.
3. To pause the count-up, press the small button again. Press it once more to resume.
4. To reset the count-up timer, press and hold the small button until the display shows "00:00".

4.3 Adjusting Volume Levels

On the back of the timer, locate the volume switch. Slide the switch to select one of the three available volume levels:

• Loud (85-100 dB): Suitable for noisy environments like a busy kitchen or gym.
• Medium (65-80 dB): Ideal for general use, such as studying or reading, without causing disturbance.
• Mute (0 dB): The display will blink when the time is up, perfect for quiet settings like libraries or classrooms.

4.4 Adjusting Display Brightness (Energy Saving)

On the back of the timer, locate the brightness switch. Slide the switch to select between two display modes:

• La pantalla està tènue o no funciona: Check battery installation. Replace batteries if necessary. Ensure ECO mode is not causing the display to turn off.
• Timer not responding to rotation: Ensure the timer is not currently counting down or up. Reset the timer by holding the bottom button.
• Alarm is too quiet/loud or not sounding: Adjust the volume switch on the back of the timer to your desired level. If set to Mute, the display will blink instead of sounding an alarm.
