2. Configuració
2.1. Engegada inicial
The stopwatch is typically ready for use upon removal from its packaging. If the display is blank, ensure the battery is correctly installed. Some models may have a protective tab to pull before first use.
2.2. Configuració de l'hora i la data

The MARATHON Adanac 4000 requires 1 Lithium Metal battery (LR44 type). When the display becomes dim or unresponsive, the battery may need replacement.

- Carefully remove the small screws securing the battery cover using a precision screwdriver.
- Traieu la pila LR44 antiga.
- Insert a new LR44 battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the battery cover and secure it with the screws.
3. Modes de funcionament
3.1. Mode de cronòmetre
This mode is used for timing events with 1/100th second precision.
- Premeu el botó MODE button until the stopwatch display (00:00:00) is shown.
- Premeu INICI/PARA per començar a cronometrar.
- To record a split time (lap time) while total timing continues, press DIVISIÓ/RESET. The display will momentarily show the split time.
- To resume displaying the running total time, press DIVISIÓ/RESET de nou.

- To reset the stopwatch to zero, ensure it is stopped, then press DIVISIÓ/RESET.

3.2. Time and Calendar Display
This mode displays the current hour, minute, seconds, month, date, and day of the week.
- Premeu el botó MODE button to cycle to the Time/Calendar display.

3.3. Funció d'alarma
The stopwatch includes an alarm function. To set and activate the alarm:
- From the Time/Calendar display, press the MODE button to enter Alarm setting mode (indicated by an alarm icon).
