1. Introducció

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and effective operation, setup, and maintenance of your LASERLINER Cubus G 210S Rotary Laser. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device and keep it for future reference.

The LASERLINER Cubus G 210S is a fully automatic rotary laser designed for precise leveling tasks in construction and excavation. It features green laser technology for enhanced visibility and offers various operating modes including point, scan, rotation, and hand receiver mode. It also supports manual slope setting and remote control operation.

3. Instruccions de seguretat

Seguiu sempre les següents pautes de seguretat per evitar lesions i danys al dispositiu:

• Radiació làser: Do not stare into the laser beam. Avoid direct eye exposure.
• Entorn de funcionament: Use the device in well-ventilated areas. Avoid dusty or humid conditions.
• Seguretat de la bateria: Use only recommended batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries. Dispose of batteries properly.
• Manteniment: Do not attempt to modify or repair the device yourself. Refer to qualified service personnel.
• Estabilitat: Ensure the tripod and laser are stable on a level surface before operation to prevent tipping.

4. Configuració

4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

Insert the provided batteries into the Cubus G rotary laser and the SensoLite G 210 receiver according to the polarity indicators. Ensure the battery compartment covers are securely closed.

4.2 Assembling the Tripod and Mounting the Laser

1. Extend the legs of the lightweight tripod to the desired height and secure them.
2. Place the Cubus G rotary laser onto the tripod's mounting plate.
3. Secure the laser to the tripod using the 5/8" thread connection. Ensure it is firmly attached and level.

4.3 Setting up the Leveling Rod

Assemble the telescopic leveling rod. The rod features clear markings for precise height measurements. Adjust the sections to the required length and secure them.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Engegada i autonivellació

Press the power button on the Cubus G. The device will automatically self-level. The green laser technology provides excellent visibility for various applications.

5.2 Modes de funcionament

The Cubus G 210S supports several operating modes:

• Mode de rotació: The laser rotates to create a continuous horizontal or vertical plane.
• Mode d'escaneig: Creates a visible laser line in a specific adjustable angle.
• Mode de punt: Projects a stationary laser point.
• Hand Receiver Mode: For use with the SensoLite G 210 laser receiver for extended range and outdoor applications.

5.3 Using the SensoLite G 210 Laser Receiver

For outdoor use or when the laser beam is not visible, use the SensoLite G 210 laser receiver. The receiver detects the laser beam up to a diameter of 200 meters. It provides visual and audible signals to indicate the laser's position.

5.4 Manual Slope Setting

The Cubus G 210S allows for manual setting of slopes. Refer to the device's interface or remote control for specific instructions on adjusting the tilt angle.

5.5 Funcionament del control remot

The included remote control allows for convenient operation of all functions up to a maximum distance of 30 meters. This includes changing modes, adjusting scan angles, and activating specific features.

5.6 Tilt Warning Function (ADS Tilt)

The device is equipped with an ADS Tilt warning function. In case of external interference or significant movement, the laser will automatically shut down to prevent incorrect measurements. This ensures accuracy and reliability during operation.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Utilitzeu un suau, damp drap per netejar el dispositiu. No utilitzeu productes de neteja abrasius ni dissolvents.
• Emmagatzematge: Store the device and accessories in the provided carrying case in a dry, cool place when not in use.
• Cura de la bateria: Traieu les piles si no heu d'utilitzar el dispositiu durant un període prolongat per evitar fuites.
• Calibració: Regular calibration by authorized service centers is recommended to maintain accuracy.
