3. Configuració i funcionament

3.1 Càrrega del banc d'energia extern

To charge the NB10000, connect it to a power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port) using a USB-C cable. The USB-C port supports 18W input for rapid recharging. The blue LED indicators will illuminate to show the charging progress.

Connect your device to the NB10000 using a compatible USB cable. The power bank features one USB-A output (18W) and one USB-C output (20W PD + QC 3.0). It can charge two devices simultaneously.

3.3 Mode de corrent baixa

For charging low-current devices such as wireless headphones or wearables, press and hold the Mode Button (power button) to activate Low Current Mode. A dedicated indicator will illuminate to confirm activation. This mode ensures safe and optimized charging for sensitive electronics.

8. Solució De Problemes

• El dispositiu no es carrega: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source/device. Check if the power source is active.
• Càrrega lenta: Verify that the cables and adapters used support fast charging protocols (PD/QC 3.0) if fast charging is desired. Some devices may limit charging speed.
• Els indicadors LED no funcionen: Press the power button to check the battery level. If the device is unresponsive, try connecting it to a power source to see if it reactivates.
