3. Configuració

3.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the M5 body camera using the provided USB cable and car charger (or any standard USB power adapter). A full charge typically takes 5-6 hours. The 4200mAh battery supports up to 12 hours of recording (1080P, IR off) and 15 hours of standby time.

3.2 Setting Date and Time (GPS Version)

For GPS-enabled models, ensure the correct date and time are set for accurate video evidence. Navigate to the 'Time Zone' setting in the camera's menu and adjust according to your local time zone. For example, in the US, GMT -8:00 is common. After setting the time zone, ensure the GPS function is turned 'On' in the menu. For successful GPS location, take the camera to an open area with clear sky visibility. The GPS icon will change from yellow to green once a successful lock is achieved.
