This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper use, setup, and maintenance of your FiiO K9Pro ESS High Resolution Desktop DAC and Amplifier. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

2. Precaucions de seguretat

4.1 Tauler frontal
- XLR4 balanced headphone output: Per a connexions d'auriculars balancejades.

5. Guia de configuració
5.1 Connexió inicial
- Connect the provided power cable to the K9Pro ESS and a wall outlet.
- Attach the Bluetooth antenna to its designated port on the rear panel.
- Flip the main power switch on the rear panel to the "ON" position.
- Press the multifunction button on the front panel to power on the device.
5.2 Connexió de fonts d'àudio
The K9Pro ESS offers multiple input options:
- Entrada USB: Connect your computer or digital audio player via a USB cable to the USB input port.

- Entrada Bluetooth:
- Select Bluetooth as the input source using the input selection button.
- On your mobile device, search for "FiiO K9Pro ESS" in the Bluetooth settings and pair.
- The device supports high-resolution Bluetooth codecs such as LDAC, aptX Adaptive, and aptX HD.
- Line-in (RCA/4.4mm Balanced): Connect analog audio sources such as preamplificadors o altres dispositius d'àudio.
5.3 Connexió de dispositius de sortida
The K9Pro ESS provides various output options:
- Auriculars: Connect your headphones to the XLR4, 4.4mm balanced, or 6.35mm single-ended headphone outputs on the front panel.

6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Encès/Apagat
To power on the device, ensure the rear power switch is ON, then press the multifunction button on the front panel. Press and hold the multifunction button to power off.
6.2 Selecció d'entrada
Premeu el botó Botó de selecció d'entrada repeatedly to cycle through available input sources: USB, Optical, Coaxial, Bluetooth, and Line In. The active input will be indicated by the corresponding light.
6.3 Control de volum

6.4 Ajust de guany
El Interruptor de guany allows you to select between Low, Medium, and High gain settings. This is useful for matching the output level to the sensitivity of your headphones or speakers. Use a lower gain for sensitive headphones and a higher gain for power-hungry headphones.

6.5 Selecció del mode de sortida
Utilitza el Interruptor de selecció de sortida to choose the desired output mode:
- HP Out: Audio is routed to the headphone outputs.
- Sortida prèvia: Audio is routed to the line-out ports with volume control (variable output).
- Sortida de línia: Audio is routed to the line-out ports at a fixed maximum level (fixed output).
6.6 MQA Playback
The K9Pro ESS supports MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) rendering. When playing MQA files, the device will unfold the audio to deliver master-level sound quality. The RGB indicator light will change to magenta to indicate MQA playback.
7. Manteniment i cura
