Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the appliance and retain it for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Always ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow proper air circulation.

The JOCCA Air Fryer is designed to cook a variety of foods using rapid hot air circulation, offering a healthier alternative to traditional deep frying. It features a digital control panel for easy operation.

Components:

• Unitat principal: Conté l'element calefactor i el ventilador.
• Tauler de control: Digital display with touch controls for temperature, time, and pre-set programs.

Configuració i primer ús

1. Desembalatge: Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge i adhesius de l'aparell.
2. Neteja inicial: Wash the frying basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp tela.
3. Col·locació: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides, and above the appliance, for proper ventilation.
4. Pre-heating (Optional for first use): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.

Instruccions de funcionament

Funcionament general:

1. Connectar: Connect the power plug to a grounded wall outlet.
2. Preparar menjar: Place the crisper plate inside the frying basket. Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket.
3. Inserir cistella: Feu lliscar la cistella de fregir de nou a la unitat principal fins que encaixi al seu lloc.
4. Encès: The digital display will illuminate. Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
5. Establir temperatura i hora:

   • Use the temperature control buttons (up/down arrows) to adjust the desired cooking temperature. The JOCCA Air Fryer has an adjustable temperature range.
   • Use the timer control buttons (up/down arrows) to set the cooking time. The appliance features a built-in timer.
6. Comença a cuinar: Premeu el botó d'inici/pausa per iniciar el procés de cocció.
7. Shake Basket (Mid-Cycle): For even cooking, especially for smaller ingredients like fries, pull out the basket halfway through the cooking time and gently shake it. Then, slide the basket back in. The appliance will resume cooking automatically.

8. Cuina completa: The air fryer will beep when the set cooking time has elapsed. Carefully pull out the basket and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
9. Servir: Use tongs to remove the cooked food from the basket. Avoid tipping the basket directly as hot oil or residue may collect at the bottom.
10. Apagar: Press the power button to turn off the appliance, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.

Programes preestablerts:

The JOCCA Air Fryer includes several pre-set programs for common food items, simplifying the cooking process. These programs automatically adjust the temperature and time for optimal results. Refer to the icons on the control panel for specific food types.

To use a pre-set program, simply select the corresponding icon on the control panel after powering on the appliance. The default temperature and time will be displayed, which can be adjusted manually if desired.

Manteniment i Neteja

Regular cleaning of your JOCCA Air Fryer will ensure its longevity and optimal performance.

1. Abans de la neteja: Desendolla sempre la fregidora d'aire i deixa que es refredi completament abans de netejar-la.
2. Frying Basket and Crisper Plate:
   • These parts are non-stick coated. Clean them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
   • For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and plate in hot water with some dish soap for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
   • No utilitzeu estris metàl·lics ni materials de neteja abrasius, ja que poden danyar el recobriment antiadherent.
   • Ensure the crisper plate is properly seated in the basket after cleaning.

3. Unitat principal: Netegeu l'exterior de la fregidora amb anunciamp drap. No submergiu mai la unitat principal en aigua ni en cap altre líquid.
4. Element de calefacció: Feu servir un raspall de neteja per eliminar qualsevol residu de menjar de l'element calefactor de l'interior de l'aparell.
5. Emmagatzematge: Assegureu-vos que totes les peces estiguin netes i seques abans de guardar la fregidora d'aire en un lloc fresc i sec.
