3.1 Tauler frontal
The front panel of the TL-SX3016F features 16 SFP+ ports, LED indicators, and console ports for management.

4. Configuració i instal·lació
4.1 Precaucions de seguretat

- Place the switch on a stable, level surface or mount it securely in a rack.

4.2 Muntatge en bastidor
The included rackmount kit allows for installation in a standard 19-inch equipment rack. Attach the rackmount brackets to the sides of the switch using the provided screws, then secure the switch to the rack.

Connect one or both power cords to the power sockets on the rear panel of the switch and then to a suitable power outlet. The switch supports redundant power supplies for increased reliability.

Insert compatible SFP+ modules (not included) into the 10G SFP+ ports. Connect fiber optic cables from your network devices (servers, other switches, etc.) to these SFP+ modules.

After connecting power, the switch will power on automatically. Observe the LED indicators on the front panel. The Power LED should illuminate, indicating the device is receiving power.

5.4 SDN Compatibility Note
For Omada SDN usage, ensure your devices/controllers are either equipped with or can be upgraded to an SDN-compatible firmware version. SDN controllers are designed to work exclusively with SDN switches, access points, and gateways. Non-SDN controllers are compatible only with non-SDN access points. Refer to the TP-Link website for a list of devices compatible with SDN firmware.
