1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the XTU Trail Camera. This high-performance digital trail camera is designed for outdoor use, featuring Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, 32MP image resolution, 1296P video recording, and a rapid 0.2-second trigger speed. It is ideal for wildlife observation, hunting, and home security. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your camera to ensure optimal performance.

2. Precaucions de seguretat

• Do not immerse the camera in water, despite its IP66 waterproof rating. It is designed to withstand rain and snow, not submersion.
• Use only recommended batteries (8 AA batteries). Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
• Assegureu-vos que el compartiment de la bateria estigui ben tancat per mantenir la resistència a l'aigua.
• Keep the camera away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
• Handle the SD card with care. Insert and remove it gently to avoid damage.

4. Configuració

4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Open the camera's latch and swing open the back cover.
2. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria.
3. Introduïu 8 piles AA noves, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment securely until the latch clicks.

4.2 Instal·lació de la targeta SD

1. Amb la càmera apagada, localitzeu la ranura per a la targeta SD.
2. Introduïu la targeta SD de 32 GB proporcionada a la ranura fins que encaixi. Assegureu-vos que la targeta estigui inserida amb l'orientació correcta.
3. Per treure-la, premeu suaument la targeta fins que faci clic i, a continuació, deixeu-la anar i sortirà.

4.3 Muntatge de la càmera

The camera can be mounted using the included strap or the adjustable bracket.

• Using the Mounting Strap: Passeu la corretja per les ranures de la part posterior de la càmera i fixeu-la al voltant d'un arbre o pal.
• Using the Adjustable Bracket: Attach the bracket to a wall or flat surface using the provided screws. Then, attach the camera to the bracket, adjusting the angle as needed.

5. Funcionament de la càmera

5.1 Engegada/apagada

Locate the power switch inside the camera. Slide it to the 'ON' position to power on the camera. Slide it to 'OFF' to power off.

5.2 Modes i configuracions

The camera supports various modes and settings accessible via the internal LCD screen and buttons, or through the mobile application.

• Mode de fotografia: Captures still images. Default resolution is 32MP.
• Mode de vídeo: Records video clips. Supports 1296P resolution.
• Mode foto + vídeo: Captura una imatge fixa seguida d'un videoclip en cas de detecció.
• Velocitat d'activació: The camera boasts a fast 0.2-second trigger speed to capture quick movements.
• Visió nocturna: Equipped with infrared LEDs for clear night vision up to 100 feet without spooking wildlife.
• Sensors PIR: Three highly sensitive Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors provide a wide detection angle for comprehensive coverage.

5.3 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Connectivity (App Control)

The XTU Trail Camera can be controlled and media can be accessed wirelessly via a dedicated smartphone application.

1. Descarrega l'aplicació: Scan the QR codes below or visit the provided links to download the 'HuntingCampro' app for your Android or iOS device.
2. Activa el Bluetooth: On the camera, use the remote control or internal settings to activate Bluetooth.
3. Connecteu-vos mitjançant Bluetooth: Open the 'HuntingCampro' app on your smartphone. The app will use Bluetooth to discover and connect to your camera.
4. Activa la Wi-Fi: Once connected via Bluetooth, you can activate the camera's Wi-Fi through the app. This will allow for faster data transfer.
5. Accés als mitjans de comunicació: Through the Wi-Fi connection, you can view viu footage, browse captured photos and videos, and download them directly to your phone.
6. Ajustar la configuració: All camera settings can be conveniently adjusted via the app.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar la lent i el cos de la càmera. Eviteu productes de neteja abrasius.
• Comprovació de la bateria: Regularly check battery levels, especially before extended deployment. Replace all batteries when low.
• Gestió de la targeta SD: Format the SD card periodically to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Back up important files abans de formatar.
• Resistència a l'aigua: Ensure the camera's latches and seals are clean and properly closed to maintain its IP66 waterproof rating.

7. Solució De Problemes

• La càmera no s'encén:
  • Check battery polarity and ensure batteries are fully charged.
  • Assegureu-vos que l'interruptor d'alimentació estigui a la posició "ON".
• No s'han capturat fotos/vídeos:
  • Verify the SD card is inserted correctly and has sufficient free space.
  • Check PIR sensor sensitivity settings. Adjust to a higher sensitivity if needed.
  • Ensure the camera is in the correct operating mode (Photo, Video, or Photo+Video).
• Mala qualitat de visió nocturna:
  • Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the infrared LEDs.
  • Check the distance to the subject; night vision range is up to 100 feet.
• Problemes de connectivitat Wi-Fi/Bluetooth:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is activated on the camera and your smartphone.
  • Make sure you are within close proximity (20-30 feet) to the camera for initial connection.
  • Reinicieu tant la càmera com el telèfon intel·ligent.
  • Ensure you have the latest version of the 'HuntingCampro' app installed.
• Excessive Blank Images/Videos:
  • Reduce PIR sensor sensitivity to avoid triggers from wind-blown branches or small animals.
  • Adjust camera placement to minimize false triggers.
