1. Attaching/Detaching Blades
- Ensure the battery is removed from the tool before handling blades.
- To remove a blade, locate the release knob on the underside of the tool. Turn the knob to unlock the blade assembly.
- Carefully slide the blade assembly off the tool.
- To attach a blade, align the new blade assembly with the grooves on the tool's head. Slide it into place until it clicks.
- Turn the release knob to secure the blade assembly. Ensure it is tightly fastened to prevent accidental detachment during operation.

- To remove the battery, press the release tabs on the sides of the battery pack and pull it out.

- To start the tool, press and hold the safety lock-out button, then squeeze the trigger switch.

- Move the tool slowly and steadily across the area to be trimmed. Avoid forcing the blade through dense material.
- For best results, trim small amounts at a time.
