3. Guia de configuració

3.1 Abans de començar

  • Ensure you have a stable 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network available. The camera does not support 5Ghz Wi-Fi.
  • Identify a suitable outdoor location for mounting, ensuring access to a power outlet (AC/DC power source required, no batteries).
  • Download the Netvue App from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Viu View i control de panoràmica/inclinació

Access the live video feed of your camera through the Netvue App on your smartphone, tablet, or PC. From the live view interface, you can control the camera's pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) movements to adjust the viewing angle. The camera offers a 360° horizontal and 160° vertical rotation range, along with 8X digital zoom.

4.2 Àudio bidireccional

Utilize the two-way audio feature to communicate with individuals near the camera. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak, and listen through the camera's built-in speaker.

4.3 Detecció de moviment i alertes

The Sentry Pro camera is equipped with real-time motion detection and human detection capabilities. When motion or a human figure is detected, the camera will automatically track the movement (if configured) and send instant notifications to your Netvue App. You can customize detection zones and sensitivity settings within the app to minimize false alerts.

Note: This camera provides motion detection alerts and can track movements automatically. However, it does not feature continuous automatic motion tracking that keeps a subject centered in the frame if it moves across a wide area without re-triggering detection.

4.4 Visió nocturna

The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, providing clear black-and-white images up to 60 feet (20 meters) using its infrared LEDs.

4.5 Video Storage and Playback

The Sentry Pro supports two primary storage methods:

4.6 Integració d'Alexa

The NETVUE Sentry Pro camera can be integrated with Amazon Alexa. Once linked, you can use voice commands such as "Alexa, show me the front door" to display the live camera feed on compatible Alexa-enabled devices like the Echo Show.

5. Manteniment
