Suspension Installation Steps:

1. Identify the front of the hard hat shell (often indicated by the 3M logo or a specific marking).
2. Orient the suspension system: The brow pad (forehead area) of the suspension should align with the front of the hard hat. The ratchet mechanism is typically at the back.
3. Locate the four or six suspension slots inside the hard hat shell.
4. Align the tabs on the suspension with the corresponding slots in the hard hat.
5. Insert each tab into its slot and push firmly until it clicks securely into place. Ensure all tabs are fully engaged. You may need to apply gentle pressure and wiggle the suspension to seat it correctly.
6. Verify that the suspension is evenly seated and secure by gently pulling on it. It should not easily detach.

Wearing the Hard Hat:
