A. Bluetooth Pairing and Connection (Mobile Device)
- In off status, long press the Multi-Function Button (MFB) for 2-3 seconds until the Blue and Red LEDs flash alternately.
- On your phone, search for and select "LEVN LE-HS011 Superior" in your Bluetooth device list. The LED will change to a Blue slow flash once connected. You can now play audio from your phone through the headset.
Consell: Ensure your device's Bluetooth version is 3.0 or above before connecting.

B. Pairing with a Computer via USB Dongle
- Plug the USB Dongle into an available USB port on your computer. Wait for your computer to recognize the dongle; its LED indicator will flash Blue.
- Press and hold the MFB button on the LE-HS011 Superior headset for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The headset indicator will flash Blue and Red alternately, and you will hear the voice prompt "Pairing".
- Pairing is successful when you hear "Paired" and the headset is connected. The LED indicator on the USB Dongle will turn solid blue. This process may take up to 20 seconds.

C. Computer Sound Settings
If sound is not playing correctly or the microphone is not working, you may need to adjust your computer's sound settings:
- Right-click the Speakers icon (usually in the bottom-right corner of your screen), then select "Open Sound settings".
- Under "Output", select "LEVN LE-HS011 Superior" as your output device (Speaker).
- Under "Input", select "LEVN LE-HS011 Superior" as your input device (Microphone).
- Ensure that "LEVN LE-HS011 Superior" is selected for both output and input, then close the settings window.
D. Zoom & Other Meeting Applications Settings
For optimal performance in conferencing applications like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex:
- Within the application's settings, navigate to "Audio & Video".
- Select "LEVN LE-HS011 Superior" as both your microphone and speaker device.

Q. How to delete paired records?
A: In pairing mode, long press the Volume- button and MFB simultaneously for 5 seconds to clear the paired records. The Red & Blue LEDs will flicker once. After deleting, the headset will not automatically reconnect, and you will need to connect it manually.
Q. What's the password for pairing?
A: Some devices may require a password for pairing. Try 0000, 8888, 1111, or 1234.
Q. What to do if I cannot turn the power on or fail to connect to devices?
A: Try resetting the headset by connecting it to a power supply. This will reset and turn off the headset. Then, turn it back on. If the issue persists, contact customer service or the manufacturer for technical support.
Q. Is active noise reduction applied in this headset?
A: This headset is specifically designed for call centers and features noise reduction for uplink calls. It does not provide local active noise reduction for the user's listening experience.
Q. Can I use the headset to play music?

- Incoming call during an active call: Short press MFB to answer the new call and hang up the current call.
- Incoming call during an active call (keep current): Double press MFB to answer the new call and keep the current call.
- Incoming call during an active call (reject new): Long press MFB for 2 seconds to reject the new call and keep the current call.
- Switching between calls (three-party call): Double press MFB to switch audio between the current call and the held call.
- Hang up current call (three-party call): Press MFB to hang up the current call.
