4. Configuració i configuració inicial

4.1. Initial Power-up and Battery Charging

The CN101S timer switch includes a built-in rechargeable battery. Upon first use or after a long period of storage, connect the timer to power for at least 30 minutes to charge the internal battery. This battery maintains the programmed settings and current time during power outages for up to 60 days.

4.2. Resetting the Timer

To clear all settings and reset the timer to its default state, insert a small, non-metallic pointed object (like a toothpick) into the 'R' (Reset) hole on the front panel and press gently. The LCD display will show '0:00' and all programs will be erased.

• Terminals 1 & 2 (Input): Connect your main power supply (LINE and NEUTRAL) to these terminals. For 220V AC, connect the live wire to terminal 1 (LINE) and the neutral wire to terminal 2 (NEUT).
• Terminals 3 & 4 (Output): These are the switched output terminals. Connect the neutral wire of your appliance to terminal 3 (NEUT) and the live wire of your appliance to terminal 4 (LOAD).
• Terminal 5: This terminal is typically for the common neutral connection for the load, often bridged with terminal 3. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure about specific wiring configurations for your application.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Programació dels temps d'encesa/apagada

The timer allows for up to 8 ON/OFF programs per day, with 15 different day combinations for weekly scheduling.

1. Premeu el botó P button once. The display will show '1 ON'. This is for the first ON program.
2. Premeu D+ to select the day(s) for this program. You can cycle through various combinations: every day, specific days (e.g., MO-FR, SA-SU), or individual days.
3. Premeu H+ to set the hour for '1 ON'.
4. Premeu M+ to set the minute for '1 ON'.
5. Premeu el botó P button again. The display will show '1 OFF'. This is for the first OFF program.
6. Repeat steps 2-4 to set the day(s), hour, and minute for '1 OFF'.
7. Continueu prement P per anar ciclant entre '2 ON', '2 OFF', fins a '8 ON', '8 OFF', configurant cada programa segons calgui.

5.3. Funció de compte enrere

The countdown function allows the timer to turn OFF after a specified duration, up to 24 hours.

1. Premeu el botó S+ button. The display will show 'd ON' or 'd OFF' and the countdown time.
2. Premeu H+ to set the countdown hour.
3. Premeu M+ to set the countdown minute.
4. Premeu S+ again to start the countdown. The timer will turn OFF after the set duration.
