Configuració
Càrrega inicial
Before first use, fully charge your XROUND FORGE NC earphones and their charging case. Place both earbuds into the charging case and connect the case to a power source using a compatible USB cable. The indicator lights will show charging status.

Noise Cancelling and Ambient Sound Modes

Ajust de volum
If you experience low volume even after setting it high on your device, follow these steps:
- Per a dispositius Android: Go to "Developer Options" and enable "Disable absolute volume." Restart your device, then turn on Bluetooth and reconnect to the earphones. This will allow independent volume control for your device and earphones. (Settings may vary by device.)
- Per a dispositius iOS: Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPod touch. Go to "Sounds & Haptics" > "Headphone Safety." Check if "Reduce Loud Sounds" is enabled. If the volume is too low, turn this setting OFF. If the volume is too high, turn it ON.
SideTone Feature
The SideTone feature allows you to hear your own voice naturally during calls, which helps in suppressing your speaking volume and makes long conversations more comfortable.

Manteniment
Resistència a l'aigua
The XROUND FORGE NC earphones are rated IPX67 for water and dust resistance, making them suitable for various activities, including workouts.

Resolució de problemes
General Reset Procedure (for connection issues, noise, etc.)
If you experience unstable connections, frequent disconnections, noise symptoms, or other performance issues, performing a full reset often resolves the problem. This procedure applies to issues mentioned in Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, and Q7 of the product's Q&A.
- Step 1: Unpair from Device. Turn off the MyTune app. On your device's Bluetooth settings, unpair or forget "FORGE NC" / "FORGE". After unpairing, turn off your device's Bluetooth function.
- Step 2: Reset Earphones. Place both earphones in the charging case. Once you confirm that the lights on both earphones turn orange, long-press the "Function Key" on the case for approximately 10 seconds. Release your finger only after confirming that the white light on the case flashes 6 times. Do not release your finger before the 6 flashes.
- Step 3: Reconnect to Device. After the white light flashes 6 times, the lights on both earphones will flash alternately orange and white. Once you confirm this alternating flash, turn on your device's Bluetooth function and reconnect to "FORGE NC" / "FORGE". If "FORGE NC" / "FORGE" appears on your Bluetooth settings screen, your device and earphones are successfully connected.
- Step 4: Update Firmware/Software. After connecting FORGE NC / FORGE to your device, launch the official "MyTune" app and perform any available firmware and software updates.
- Step 5: Final Reset. After updating the firmware and software, perform the earphone reset procedure (Steps 1-3) again to complete the product reset.
Unstable Connection with Single Earbud Use (Q6)
When using only one earbud and placing the unused one back into the case, do not close the case lid immediately. Close the lid only after you hear the "Connected" voice prompt from the earbud you are currently using.
