The Shad 4P System is a robust mounting solution designed specifically for the VOGE 650 DS/DSX motorcycle. This system facilitates the secure attachment of Shad TERRA side suitcases, as well as SH35 and SH36 side suitcases.

Constructed from steel and coated with high-hardness metal paint, the system features a 20 mm diameter tubing, providing enhanced firmness and resistance. It is reinforced with a crossbar for increased stability, particularly in demanding conditions.

2. Configuració i instal·lació

This section provides general guidelines for the installation of the Shad 4P System. It is recommended that installation be performed by a qualified technician if you are not familiar with motorcycle accessory installation.

2.1. Desembalatge i comprovació de components

2.2. Eines necessàries

3. Operating the 4P System (Side Case Usage)

The 4P System provides a secure and stable platform for Shad side cases. This section outlines the general procedure for attaching and detaching compatible side cases.

3.1. Attaching Side Cases

1. Preparar el cas: Ensure the side case is empty and its locking mechanism is in the open position.
2. Alinea la caixa: Position the side case against the 4P System frame, aligning the mounting points on the case with the corresponding pegs or hooks on the frame.
3. Mecanisme de bloqueig d'activació: Gently push the case onto the frame until it clicks into place. Depending on the specific Shad case model (TR36/TR47/SH35/SH36), this may involve a top hook and a bottom latch.
4. Secure the Case: Once the case is seated, engage its internal or external locking mechanism (usually with a key) to secure it to the 4P System. Verify that the case is firmly attached and does not wobble.

3.2. Detaching Side Cases

1. Unlock the Case: Use the key to unlock the side case from the 4P System.

4. Manteniment

• Ensure the crossbar remains securely attached and provides adequate reinforcement.

4.3. Lubricació

• Loose Fasteners: Re-check all fasteners on the 4P System and ensure they are tight.
