1. Introducció

3. Configuració i instal·lació

The installation of the Shad Top Master attachment requires basic mechanical skills and appropriate tools. It is recommended to have a clean, well-lit workspace.

Passos d'instal·lació:

1. Preparació de la motocicleta: Ensure the motorcycle is stable, preferably on a center stand or paddock stand. Turn off the engine and remove the key.

3. Fixeu els suports: Secure the main support brackets of the Top Master kit to the identified mounting points on the motorcycle using the provided hardware. Do not fully tighten bolts at this stage.
4. Assemble the Top Master Plate: Connect any additional support bars or plates as per the included diagram. Ensure proper alignment.
5. Mount the Top Master Plate: Attach the assembled Top Master plate to the support brackets. Ensure all components fit together without force.

This grill is essential for mounting the top case itself. (Note: TR48/TR37 cases have integrated mounting and do not require a separate grill).
8. Comprovació final: Verify that the Top Master attachment is firmly secured to the motorcycle and that there is no wobble or play.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

Once the Shad Top Master attachment is securely installed, you can easily attach and detach compatible Shad top cases.

Attaching a Top Case:

1. Ensure the top case's locking mechanism is in the open position.
2. Align the top case with the grill (mounting plate) on the Top Master attachment. The front hooks of the top case should engage with the corresponding slots on the grill.
3. Press down firmly on the rear of the top case until you hear a click, indicating it is securely locked onto the grill.
4. Verify the top case is firmly attached by gently pulling upwards on it. It should not lift off.
5. Lock the top case with its key to prevent accidental opening or removal.

Detaching a Top Case:

1. Unlock the top case using its key.
2. Locate the release lever or button, typically found near the locking mechanism on the top case.
3. Press or pull the release mechanism while simultaneously lifting the top case upwards and backwards to disengage it from the grill.

Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and safe operation of your Shad Top Master attachment.
