1. Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the Magene H64 Heart Rate Monitor. The H64 is designed to accurately track your heart rate during various physical activities, helping you optimize your training and monitor your fitness levels. 3. Configuració

3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Before first use, remove the insulating sheet from the pre-installed CR2032 battery. This is typically a small plastic tab.
2. To replace the battery, open the battery compartment on the back of the sensor unit. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.

3.2 Wearing the Heart Rate Monitor

1. Attach the heart rate sensor to the elastic chest strap. Ensure the Magene logo on the sensor is oriented correctly (right way up).

3. Position the chest strap directly against your skin, just below your pectoral muscles. Adjust the strap for a snug, comfortable fit. The sensor will not be found by other devices if the electrode areas are not wet or if the strap is not close to your skin.

4.1 Pairing with Devices and Applications

The Magene H64 supports both ANT+ and Bluetooth protocols, allowing it to connect with a wide range of devices and applications simultaneously.

4.2 Procediment de connexió

1. Ensure the heart rate monitor is worn correctly and the electrodes are moistened (refer to Section 3.2). The sensor activates automatically when a heart rate signal is detected.
2. For ANT+ Devices: Turn on your ANT+ compatible device (e.g., bike computer, sports watch). Navigate to the sensor pairing menu and search for new sensors. Select the Magene H64 when it appears.
3. For Bluetooth Applications: Open your preferred fitness application on your smartphone or tablet. Go to the sensor or device pairing settings within the application. Important: Do not attempt to pair the heart rate monitor through your phone's system Bluetooth settings; it must be paired directly within the application. Select the Magene H64 when it is discovered by the app.
4. Once paired, your heart rate data will be displayed on your connected device or application.

5. Manteniment

After each use, detach the sensor unit from the chest strap. Rinse the elastic strap with clean water and hang it to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry the strap, as this may damage the electrodes. The sensor unit itself can be wiped clean with a damp tela.

  • Ensure the electrode areas on the chest strap are moistened.
  • Verify the strap is worn directly against your skin and is snug.
  • Check if the insulating sheet has been removed from the battery.
  • Confirm the battery is correctly installed and has sufficient charge.
  • For Bluetooth connections, ensure you are pairing within the fitness application, not through the phone's system Bluetooth settings.
  • Move closer to your device if there is a significant distance.

  • The H64 sensor is designed to automatically enter a sleep state after 30 seconds of inactivity (when the heart rate strap is removed) to conserve power. This is normal operation.
  • To reactivate, simply wear the strap again with moistened electrodes.
