1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the PowerSmart 48V 2A E-Bike Battery Charger. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your charger. This charger is specifically designed for 48V Phylion and Joycube batteries used in Fischer Proline MTB E-Bike EM 1608 and Proline Trekking E-Bike ETH 1606 models, featuring a 5-pin round connector.

5. Instruccions de configuració

1. Desembalar: Traieu amb cura el carregador i tots els accessoris de l'embalatge.
2. Inspeccionar: Check the charger, cables, and connectors for any visible damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Col·locació: Col·loqueu el carregador sobre una superfície estable i plana en una zona ben ventilada, allunyada de la llum solar directa, de fonts de calor i de la humitat.
4. Connecteu l'alimentació de CA: Insert the AC power cable into the AC input port on the charger unit, then plug the other end into a standard wall outlet (100V-240V).
5. Connectar a la bateria: Carefully align the 5-pin round connector of the charger's DC output cable with the charging port on your e-bike's 48V Phylion or Joycube battery. Push firmly to ensure a secure connection.

Nota: Ensure the battery is correctly installed on the e-bike or removed according to your e-bike's manufacturer instructions before connecting the charger.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1. Carregant la bateria

1. After completing the setup steps, the charging process will begin automatically.
2. Observe the LED indicator on the charger (if present).
   • Llum vermella: Typically indicates the battery is charging.
   • Llum verda: Typically indicates the battery is fully charged.

   Note: LED indicator behavior may vary slightly. Refer to your e-bike battery manual for specific charging light interpretations if available.
3. Once the battery is fully charged (indicated by the LED turning green), disconnect the charger from the battery first, then unplug the AC power cable from the wall outlet.

6.2. Temps de càrrega

Charging time depends on the battery's capacity and its current charge level. A 2A charger will typically take longer to charge a battery compared to a higher amperage charger. For example, a 10Ah battery would theoretically take approximately 5 hours to fully charge from empty (10Ah / 2A = 5 hours), not accounting for charging efficiency losses.

7. Manteniment

• Neteja: Disconnect the charger from all power sources before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the charger. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
• Emmagatzematge: When not in use, store the charger in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep cables neatly coiled to prevent damage.
