1. Introducció

This user manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your MoesGo Programmable WiFi Smart Thermostat. This device is designed to enhance your home comfort and energy efficiency through smart temperature control, remote access, and voice command capabilities.

5. Compatibilitat

The MoesGo Smart Thermostat is designed for wide compatibility with various HVAC systems. Please review the following to ensure your system is compatible:

5.1 C-Wire Requirement

This thermostat requires a C-wire (common wire) for continuous power. If your existing thermostat wiring does not include a C-wire, the provided C-wire adapter must be installed. The thermostat is not compatible with 2-wire systems.

5.2 HVAC System Compatibility

The thermostat is suitable for the following systems:

• Conventional Heating and Cooling Systems (2H/2C)
• Heat Pump Systems (4H/2C)
• Conventional Cooling Only Systems

Ho fa no support heating-only systems (without a C-wire) or high voltage systems (120V-240V).

6. Configuració i instal·lació

6.2 Cablejat i muntatge

Once wired, securely mount the wall plate to your wall using the provided screws and drywall plugs. Then, attach the MoesGo thermostat unit to the mounted wall plate.

6.3 Initial Setup & WiFi Connection

After physical installation, restore power to your HVAC system. The thermostat will power on. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your thermostat to your home's 2.4GHz WiFi network. The thermostat only supports 2.4GHz WiFi.

7. Instruccions de funcionament

7.1 Funcionament bàsic

The thermostat features a responsive touchscreen display. You can adjust temperature, change modes (Heat, Cool, Auto, Off), and access settings directly from the unit.

7.2 Control d'aplicacions (Tuya/Smart Life)

Download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to add your MoesGo thermostat. Once connected, you can control your thermostat remotely from anywhere with an internet connection, set schedules, and monitor energy usage.

7.3 Control de veu

The thermostat is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Link your Tuya Smart/Smart Life account to your Alexa or Google Home app. You can then use voice commands to adjust temperature, change modes, and inquire about the current temperature.

7.4 Horari

Utilize the 7-day programmable scheduling feature to set temperature preferences for different times of the day and week. Four modes are available to suit your lifestyle and work schedule, automatically adjusting the temperature for energy savings and comfort.

7.5 Zone Remote Sensor

The included temperature sensor provides enhanced monitoring capabilities. When added, the thermostat screen can light up upon movement detection, and the sensor can contribute to temperature readings, especially during planned times or when monitoring people in a specific zone.

7.6 Mode de vacances

Set a vacation schedule to maintain energy efficiency while you are away. This mode allows you to specify departure and return dates, along with desired temperature settings for the unoccupied period.

8. Manteniment

• Neteja: Gently wipe the thermostat screen and body with a soft, damp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.

9. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your MoesGo Smart Thermostat, try the following common troubleshooting steps:
